Congrats on the works done so far.
Do you work with your own architect or was this design done by someone else?

I think the design was horrible. Don’t be offended. I think the house doesn’t fit the space. It looks like the owner saw the design somewhere and asked an architect to draw same for him or the architect drew the design without visiting the site. It looks ugly and amateurish.
I wonder why he chose that design for the gable. It has a hollow and the house owner will regret that. That hollow will attract all sorts. Dust, sand and silt will accumulate there encouraging the growth of weeds and plants and it won’t be easy to clean and deal with. Pigeons will make that their habitation and mess that house up.

Well no, is not our architect that designed the building.

Okay, i understand your concern but you know, people have different view, understanding and value for things.

However, we advise our clients but we equally allow them to decide, provided is not detrimental to the structure.

More work has been done but i was quite busy in the day and so weak at night to update it's progress when the work was ongoing.

The foundation filling was not a cheap one at all, the depth was really deep.

So we have to excavate the soak away and it's septic tank in other to have enough soil for filling.

can i see samples of your own recent work and prices? i have looked through the thread and saw some quite dated.

Need a simple minimalistic design... dark brown shade with few horizontal divider lines only, long handle, deadlock keys and sturdy hinges. all solid original materials.

also important to know long it will take.

Dark brown shade... a little close to your description

Tiles has been done already inside, just left the provision for the doors.
That's why the measurement provided stated after tiling.

We need to make the doors to fit.

Kindly advice if there's any issues with that.

Alright there's no problems we will device a method to work on it still. With my experience as an engineer i know it will not be a problem.

If these are the sizes you need, we need to install the door frame before laying tiles then the panel will follow suit after tiles. But we can still install both the frame and the panels same time if the tyler will use Leaser level for the tiles
