Anyway when reapplying there is a section that asks if you have been refused a UK visa before that’s where you should answer Yes

And then it provides a box to add the information on the refusal which you can copy and paste from the refusal letter

There isn’t a template or cover letter refusals you have to draft yours if you have more explaining to do

Attached is the refusal letter. It is insufficient funds. I cant seem to find where to declare the refusal I only saw a space "If you needed to add more information about your application but were not able to, you can write it here." Is that where I should write it?

It should be a yes because you are providing her employment letter and address on NIN, you should also include the explanation on location and distance in your additional information and/or letters as evidence for staying apart

I needed 18m and What happened was that my opening balance was 16m and my closing balance was 20m. Now I have printed out opening balance of 19m which is for 28days.

submitted my application last week and biometrics on monday. My IHS fee was showing 0.00 and when I clicked on pay, a reference number was rather sent to my email and the application continued.

It's been days after biometrics, would I still recieve an email to pay for the IHS when a decision is made, or?

I woke up to see that the ihs fees for my 3 kids have been refunded to my account. I applied on the 1st of august and they did their bio on the 7th august. I got an empty nsf on the 14th of august so i called on the 16th and I was told a decision has been made but didn’t get any collection email. 25th was the 15th day so I made escalation call yesterday and this morning I’m seeing their ihs fees refunded. Is everything okay?

I’m the ma and I’m already here with my wife. I’m worried 😞

So I got married early July. We have been dating since late 2018 (I have bank transactions and old pictures to prove this, I have chats from far back as 2020 as well). We both live and work in the same city but we haven’t been living together until we got married.
1. How do I prove why we have been living apart?

If the IHS keeps declining you will need to redo the application and yes it will be another appointment if the one they were previously booked on is no longer available

You need the consent letter and up to date statement for her application

2. Your POF is for your study in the Uk and your wife maintenance, any other agreements is full on deceit and will attract a 10years ban when caught

Work reference is a bit more detailed , ideally it should have your employment history with the company, skills and experience gained, any level of expertise, salary earned etc.

Introductory letter is more generic

Some companies use these letters interchangeably

Hey ! I could use some guidance on what to do next. Here's my situation: I received my school offer on Friday. Yesterday, I started my visa application and everything was going smoothly until I reached the IHS payment page. The payment page didn't load after multiple attempts. Instead, I was redirected to a page showing 000.00UD as my IHS fee. I clicked on the next page, thinking it would take me to the payment page, but I received an instant email with my IHS reference number, indicating that I made the payment. Ignorantly, I continued with my application and reached the visa payment page, where I entered all the payment details and was instantly debited. Now, I'm worried about proceeding with the rest of the application because I haven't made the actual IHS payment. I've checked my application for errors, but everything seems fine. I did notice that I clicked on a colon that asked if I was going to the Isle of Man. I would really appreciate some guidance on what to do next. Every application will be assessed on its own merit. If he meets the criteria and addresses the concerns from the refusal he will be fine
