Is your legal guardianship letter from the court?

If not abort mission. It should be a court order not just some letter signed by a lawyer

With legal guardian you are still an aunt, with adoption you are the mother

If an additional payment was made before her biometrics you could have provided that information including a cover letter to address the difference

Writing will make no difference if you didn’t provide this information at the time of her application

My dependant received refusals mail, and there reason was insufficient fund. We are supposed to apply for visa same time but fund in my account can’t carry us, so I applied first , and I have to pay 1300 pounds extra school fees, so she can use my POF, but from the refusal mail they stated that we need additional 1138 pounds why I paid 1300 pounds before she went for biometric. Is it possible to write them with receipt of the payment and for them to change the decision. Thanks

You should present that to the airline during check in, the rest should be sorted for you

For long haul flights aim to get there 2-3 hrs to your flight time

PS I book directly with airlines, check with wakanow if there’s anything you need to do

Something is really bothering me and I want to share it here and know what you guys think.

This japa process has not been easy, the expenses involved is really choking me. I didn't have up to 50,000 naira before I started this journey. My friends from rich homes were applying for admission, I didn't dare do the same because I know I don't have that kind of money but they kept telling me I should just apply and get admission first, that I can never tell, a miracle may happen.

Reluctantly, I applied and by God's grace I got admissions. Just as my friends said, miracle started happening. I started getting support from friends in form of loan. Initially my budget was 9 million naira but after after the hike in FX rate, my new budget became 13 million.

Things started getting tough. I remembered my rich brother. I didn't want to involve him Initially because I know he will not give me. But I was stuck so I just had to involve him. So I called him and told him everything, told him the budget is 13 million, that he should please help me with whatever he can afford, even if it's a loan. He said it's 500k he can afford.

I know my brother can afford 13 million but I wasn't asking him for 13 million. I told him that 500k cannot do much for me, that he should please make it 1million. He insisted on 500k, I later accepted. He said I should call him after one month for the 500k. I called him after one month and still pleaded that he make it 1million but he refused. I had to even start begging for him to send me the 500k. Two weeks later, he sent it.

My problem now is that I feel so bad that this my brother has not picked his phone and called me for once to ask how is the japa process going, no concern, no interest. If I call him to greet him, there's always this silence, like when you're forcing someone to talk to you and he would never ask me how far.

Right now, I just feel like returning the 500k he gave me because it feels like I forced him to give me that money. I have his bank details and I've told myself that two days before I leave, I'll send him back the money, telling him that I feel he is unhappy because he gave me the money so I thought I should return it.

What do you guys think? Should I just keep the money and move on or should I send it back to him.

If self employed provide evidence of company registration and tax clearance

Official, verifiable documents to demonstrate what you have been doing since your graduation in 2015.

This should be in English or a certified translation and for example be in the form of: Payslips / employment letters with contact details on them / bank statements with regular salary being deposited / employment contracts / further education certificates and should not just be a CV.

Have anyone received this type of mail. Please tell me how to proceed further!
