The complaints team may come back to you at that point it's your decision to drop the complaint or escalate it purely on the timeline and how much this has affected your mental health

I did, but I can no longer contact UKVI for an update since I did that. Every time I call, that's what I am told.
I am now in contact with the Visa Support team at my school to try to get it resolved.

Incorrect,

ECOs can request basic checks on just the statement or a more detailed one which will include the current balance in the account and/or other relevant information if they suspect that a falsified document has been submitted

Dependant study visa is not permanent residency so that shouldn't affect your home ties and visa application should you decide to apply

Your BRP will be collected upon arrival in the UK not before then

You can still travel without your BRP mail if that is what you refer to.As long as you remember your approved collection location (i.e your Uni or the post office)

Your Smedan certificate is okay, although I don't know if that replaces. CAC registration documents

You need to get proper references from the previous companies you have worked for, fulltime or freelance

Visa vignette at the moment are still 90days although that would be revised. It used to be 30days but was moved to 90days to cushion the effect of COVID and travel restrictions back then.

As long as they arrive before it expires it should be fine.

2. At the POE they may be asked to show evidence of maintenance via apps or recent statements.

Their maintenance is for their use in the UK

I did freelancing work from 2016 to 2021
Started training for new career 2021 to 2023.
Also do other business and POS business for 1 year. 2022 to 2023.

Everyone fills part 1 individually, please note that whoever filled visa application form for the kids will do so on their behalf

The MA fills part 3 for everyone


If the spouse dependant has provided joint documents then they should fill Part 2

Good evening sirs & Ma, Please I just filled out my form and on getting to the IHS payment, I was shown a zero dollar ($0) to pay. As I clicked the continue tab, I got the IHS reference number which was automatically updated in my application. Now, my application has been moved to the next page where I have to pay for a Visa application.

1. Please, Is it advisable to proceed with the Visa application payment or do I need to cancel the entire application since I wasn't made to pay for IHS?

2. Should I proceed with the visa application payment, would I be able to pay for the IHS later time at TLS center?

It was most likely refused so include it in your application

If you applied yourself and are sure you aren't banned then just state that you were refused

If you used an agent you need to confirm if there is more to it and no ban

BUT when I’ll get my passport back in June, all the pages were empty. No stamp. Nothing. I also didn’t get any refusal email explaining anything. The only email I got is this attached one and the sms collection notification.

I didn’t bother pursuing it because the trip wasn’t so or die for me.

Now my question is, does this scenario count as a denied visa? Because they returned my passport to me untouched (some two weeks after they sent this attached mail) and no other email asides this was sent to me.

Or if she needs to use my own account for the Pof. If she needs to use mine, do that mean I have to have the equivalent of mine and hers in my account? And if she uses here's are they going to ask for mine again to be sure it's not a recirculation of funds. Thanks

Hello house, please help with this question. So last year, I was supposed to go to the UK on a visiting visa alongside my boss for a program. He used his “trusted agent” to help with my application. Prior to this, I has never made applications to any where to leave the shores of this country, I also wasn’t hard-pressed about the trip.

My passport came back unstamped without a refusal reason mail, I didn’t know anything about visa procedures nor was I pressed to find out why my passport came back unstamped.

I’m now going through the information this agent filled in for me, I can see he filled in the wrong surname for my mum, and he indicated “no” to having a family in the UK (which should have been a “yes” cos I do have family in the UK).

My question now is, I’m about to fill in for a study visa application MYSELF, will this wrong information filled-in prior have any effect on my application now?
