Hello everyone, I thought to update you.
I haven't received a response from the Home Office concerning my decision or the complaints department since I submitted my complaint,
so I sent a mail to the UKVI contact center on Monday to inquire if a decision had been made, but I was told my application was still being considered.
Yesterday I received another email stating my case has been re-escalated and the Sheffield team reached out to me today to inform me my application is being worked on and a decision will be made as soon as possible.

I don't even know what to think or how to feel. It seems so long ago since I submitted my application with such excitement for my intended study in the United Kingdom. I even made a vision board of all my future plans with a detailed description of internships I would do, what I would wear to my graduation ceremony as a graduate with distinction, my dream job and salary, the company I would work for, places I would visit etc. Now I look at it every day and feel my dreams slipping away...

It is heartbreaking!

Not really since he will arrive early for his course and collect his BRP which replaces his visa vignette in his passport

The arrival window on a friend's Entry clearance Visa is over 90 days, I guess they put course end date there instead which is more than a year.

The valid until date is over one year from the valid from date.

I understand that arrival window is usually 90days

Is there a need to write UKVi concerning the error?

If anyone can offer information regarding this, I'll be really grateful. I see most people post about postgraduate here, but I need advice on undergraduate admission for the University of Stirling.
It says on my profile that once I have made the tuition deposit of 6k, I'll be given CAS. I wonder if this it plausible, whereby there wouldn't be any need for POF before being given the CAS, because I know for sure that PG students have to provide POF for 28 days. Thanks in advance.

Yes Tb test isn’t needed in Qatar

You should respond with a cover letter stating it isn’t needed, how long you have lived in qatar and under what residency

Include pages of your stamp into qatar and your permit there

If the MA still has all documents in her maiden name then her application should be same. There's no need for a change of name.

Marriage certificate and other documents should be enough to show proof of relationship/marriage

As a dependent to a MA that have her fathers name on her passport and certificates, what document apart from the marriage certificate is needed to legalize the husband surname on her marriage certificate

Please I need help as I am in total confusion at the moment.
My wife received a conditional offer in March from university of Roehampton, she did her pre-CAS interview, uploaded her documents and we paid the deposit and she was sent an unconditional offer.
So we started the CAS shield where we submitted all the documents requested there including TB and POF.
The progress bar was at 61% when the international admissions team sent another revised conditional letter asking she provides proof of English proficiency, we duly submitted LOR and MOI from her University here in Nigeria (which was what they requested before giving her the unconditional offer) she had 5 in reading in her IELTS and over 6.0 but the school insisted that she needs to provide English test results that meets their requirements.

She did the online test but our Nigerian network messed her up during the writing and it affected her score.

We sent the test result to the school and explained what happened, we tried to rebook the test but the organizers said she can only take it once in 12 months.

But the school insisted that she must provide an English test result.

We got tired of the back and forth and sent a mail to the school on Saturday telling them since we can't meet the English language requirement, she'll like to withdraw her application and request a refund. She's paid £7k deposit already and till today, there's no response to the email and normally, they do reply to their email with 24hrs.

We don't know what's going on.

Anyone who has an idea should please advise

The consent letter can be in financial evidence if it it refers to maintenance funds

I am unsure of what other items you refer to

As their biometrics is tomorrow you are running out of time and will need to use assisted service

Anyway, he should get back to his Uni and address this issue since it is stated on his CAS

They need to reissue a new one with the correct info

Here are my thoughts

Your divorce documents gives your child’s father rights, with that you still need his consent

The second document is unclear , I haven’t seen a court order written in a notice (but then again I am not a lawyer)

You could speak to a lawyer and confirm that you had submitted the right documents to win a review, especially the second one.please note additional documents will not be requested

If not reapply and include the consent letter from your child’s father simply because he has rights to access

So I’ve uploaded the letter of sole custody and a page in my divorce/settlement papers that gives me full custody…

I proceeded to getting the sole custody of my daughter years after our divorce got finalized even though a page of our divorce/settlement papers states that I’ve got full custody of our child and my Ex would have access to her aswell based on what we both agree on…

List of other documents attached to her visa application;

* Birth certificate

* Her School fees receipts with my name as the payee

* Consent letter for POF (since the account is in my name)

* Bank statement that I used for mine aswell

* My CAS statement

* TB test result

* Home office consent letter

The changes is a Yes or No question, and it’s okay to answer No where your marriage/relationship is less than 2years.

Other evidence spanning from dating phase to marriage phase should be provided.

When it’s less than 2years provide enough evidence to show the marriage is real

One off bills (can include ones spent on holiday together i.e where hotel/air bnb accommodation where paid in both names), joint bank statements, government letters, etc, there’s so much you can provide

The 2years condition was usually for applications under settlement family life but it is now made uniform for all visa categories except visit visa
