When you tell UKVI you have funds only to return it back to the owner that is falsification, if caught that's a 10year ban.

Again we don't allow such discussions including discussions for scam dependants here

I know about all of that when I mean funds not enough doesn't mean funds don't come in monthly I have my parents, myself. Ok take a look at the 1023 GBP expenses for 12 months you have to show, now if you can't cover that length I mean plus school fees, you have your tution balance and can cover up to 9 ,8 months you will survive plus monthly funds coming in that what I meant by funds not enough. Hope you understood mu point of view.

You can use any registry certificate it mustn't be only from Ikoyi Marriage Registry

UKVI can verify any document you submit. Recognizing is different from verifying.

So if you use falsified documents,they will know and that can attract 10years ban when caught

I am the MA and I did TB test with my spouse and 2 dependents at IOM Ikeja. The certificate was issued and it was when I got home and settled down to read through I noticed mine was abnormal while all my dependents were normal.

I was so angry because I do comprehensive check up twice a year and I have never had abnormal chest xray result.

I just booked for another TB test at Q-life in VI and the result came out normal.

P.S: My advise is go and do a chest xray at a good hospital or lab to confirm before you go redo the test.

I would strongly advise you explore your Uni accommodation for your precas interview

Take time to see what they can offer for your family and quote those accommodation during your interview as the ones you are considering staying at. You might state that will help reduce commute to attend classes and help maximise Uni facilities/attend socials/focus on studying

You will need a TB test if you lived in Russia, if you are applying from there then do your TB there, if you are applying from Nigeria then do your TB in Nigeria

2.You should reprint your up to date bank statement

3. If the statement from the mortgage bank is a savings or current account and the bank is regulated by the CBN that should be fine

4.Please declare your family in the UK

This is what I even have on my SOA which I have submitted for CAS, the formal address is what my department has on her SOA which is supposed to be the second proof of our living together as husband and wife. (13 yrs)

My question is what can I use to address this while applying for visa. Affidavit or cover letter?

If cover letter, will I need to write it and scan then send it in pdf format or will there be a colum to explain on the Visa application page.

I have thought of going to bank to update the address but can I still produce it to UKVi because I am thinking of using the same copy I use for CAS to apply for Visa. Funny enough, I have filled my CAS with the same address. Though I have other bank account which I have updated already.

Abeg help me out as be say nah me want cause my family pain with my negligence.

The average decision timeline for spouse dependant is 15 working days.. today is day 7

Dependants can arrive at anytime, you the MA need to resume studies

The advise is to be patient and for the MA to prepare to travel and resume studies

We got married in June 2023 but we submitted evidences of been together since 2018 including whatsapp chat history and pictures till date.

I got NSF asking me to explain some source of funds on the 4th of August which I did and he got an empty NSF same day.

What country have you lived in? It may be exempt from TB test.

If not please do the TB test in the country you are applying from

2. Your POF should not be running out, it is for your study in the UK, if you refer to the bank statement already printed then reprint one that is up to date and submit

I remember when you first started questioning why your dependant's visa's weren't issued the same time with yours

The ECO leads the interview and will ask what is requested


Also the interview is for your dependant not you, you shouldn't be there

I read about single parents travelling with there kids and all that is required. I provided all that was required.

I don't know what was filled wrong.

Can I also give the interviewer our Facebook and IG details during the interview to verify that we have lived long starting from my pre-wedding photo shoot to traditional marriage photos and maybe our photo album and even should we take the interview in my sitting room where they can see frames of our family pictures on the wall?

I just need some few advice from everyone with good knowledge about the process.

If there are joint documents or the MA is relying on a third party document that he/she has to also sign consent 2 and 3 accordingly
