This video was shared with me by my client 4 months ago when the atrium was plastered and window installed.
The person who recorded the video was the person who plastered the atrium and installed the atrium window which was supplied by rockofagesaluminum.

It was after this that screeding and tiles were installed on the atrium wall.

Thank God I abandoned the project since 7 months ago according to my client.

Is plastering of the Atrium part of my contract?

The QS is nt new, he has been there from contract agreement

Brabus refused to come to settle the disputed work left undone despite notices

They drew up the balance due

Brabus argued it

He was asked to review

Review was done 4 times over 4 months

Still he rejected it after

The 2.4m remaining was arrived at after 4 reviews

Somehow decided to accept 2m only

Brabus said he will only pay 1m

The guys here told him to pay the #1m first

Brabus came up with stories of how he doesn't have the money now

Brabus still comes here to brag and claim he has many contract, rubbing salt to injured hearts

He is still soliciting for clients here

I or my people can fall prey to his antics

He should receive a 10 year ban on all his monikers

Bosun Davies/brabus/next/ nexthome is a confirmed fraudster and incompetent builder who is not even qualified to be called a builder.

Engage him in any building project at your own peril.

People have been lamenting over him for the past 10 years. Read up more on him and learn from other people's experience
