Your name and brand is associated with massive fraud, incompetent builds, sinking houses, outright stealing of materials, burying of prayer stones/charms on clients sites, conniving with 3rd parties to steal from sites, obtaining fake approvals, fake architectural building plans, no structural plans used on sites etc the list goes on and on, infact in any other sane clime you would have been in jail a very long time ago and not here looking for more victims. Your reign will come to an end sooner rather than later.
That is the result of what Next/Brabus has done and it's very unfortunate and shameful of him, because anyone going through all these will not be encouraged to consider any aritisan/contractor on this forum.
We should however try to mention once a while that we still have some very honest contractors and suppliers in this Forum.
For instance Abdulwastexc is the Engineer/Builder in my on going project in Surulere. We commenced in August and we are hopeful to roof by end of this month or February. My experience with him has been wonderful. Regarding his honesty, humility, professionalism, attention to details. Maybe at a later time I can talk about him in more detail because I think he's not getting mention and applause as much as he deserves on this forum, having dealt with him for the past few months. And I need to mention that I didn't get to know him except on this forum.
So while we need to call Next/Brabus out for this show of shame (he really disappointed a lot of us), we should also let people know that we still have some honest ones here. We just need to ensure we only engage those ones with positive reviews and track record of performance.

Here’s what I know. The price of good sharp sand in that area is more than what we buy in Lekki and Oshodi. And their truck is kinda small which makes it look like a rip off to me. They don’t use the China truck we are used to in Lekki axis. They have the side-loading type of truck.
They have 2 types of sharp sand (good and bad sand). Both can be used but I’d advice you to use the good one for your concrete works.

Granite at 300k in that axis seems like a good deal to me if it’s full. I bought very full 45 tons 2 weeks ago in Oshodi at 450k. Unconfirmed source says granite price will go up in coming week again.

The fix is in! You get defrauded and after trying to get your money back offline, you bring the matter here. The first thing is to always search the name of the contractor and also search with the words “fraud” “scammer” “scam” “fraudster “ etc with the username. You may decide to gamble still go ahead after finding troubling results but you can be almost certain that you will never recover the full amount if things go south and on top of ponying up extra money to fix the fraudster’s scam, you may spend even more money trying to recover that “half bread.”

Would I build a similar house on such lot? No! I don’t have to be out of the country to know that. I know how important an adequate setback is to improving air quality. It’s just common sense!
However, we live in a country where people buy half plot and use the same plot to develop 10 units of 2 bedroom flats.
My job is to advice the client on what works and what won’t even fly which was exactly what we did - scale down to a duplex and 2 mini flats after he picked up additional plot (attached survey) to make the land a little bigger.

Oga in a sane place, the professional might lose his license. You know why? There is no trial and error in professional work. He ought to had known if the plan would be approved or not based on those limitations. The city code was available to consult.

Hint he is not a qualified architect, Engineer etc. So for someone not bound by any code of conduct, ethics or regulation anything goes as long as he get access to the clients millions
He is good in packaging to seal a build but the execution is the challenge as he claims what he is not.
