The letter titled: Appointment of Director to Oversee the Office of the Managing Director/ CEO and signed by A.D Muhammad for the Honourable Minister read:
” I am directed to inform you that the honourable minister has approved that Mr. Pwajok , Mathew Lawrence, Director of Operations oversee the Office of the Managing Director/ CEO pending the appointment of a substantive MD/CEO”
Addressing the immediate past managing director the letter continued,” You are to kindly Accord the director all the necessary support and cooperation he needs while overseeing the office. While thanking you for your usual cooperation, please accept the esteem regards of the honourable Minister.” It concluded.

In my own little understanding, GTB's result is not as bad as to warrant the fall in price from over N30.....now to N25.50.

It's possible a core investor is exiting while another one is coming in.
The type of volumes exchanging hands in GTCo since it started the shedding can only be done by a pot belly person or persons.

Don't think an average investor can be selling those huge volumes. I can sense some power play here.
We should also note that it's someone or some entities that are buying the stock.

I think whoever is in the train should just calm down. Be enjoying your dividends first while the billionaires sort themselves out. If you have some funds be picking in tranches as they're crashing it to average down.
My gut feelings is saying by the time they crashed it to 22, if at all it gets there, GTCo will likely reverse back up. I no know anything or sabi book oo, just gut feelings.

Could the innoson tussle be indirectly affecting the share price? It is still pending with no end in sight

If you're truly handling nine builds at this point, and with the way you brag about efficiency to enable you cut overhead cost of building, you should be able to comfortably pull out 500,000-1,000,000 and pay your client as a show of good faith. It has been six months already. You will save yourself, your brand from further dragging. And save vendors like myself from going overboard to prove we're legit and not scammers.

This thread wasn't created to handle your issues but for builders and clients to share ideas on how to develop their projects.
