For about 1-2 months, I've been experiencing rectal discharge (a lump above my anus which brings out bloody mucur), constant weakness and pain in my abdominal area. This particular issue is about whether or not a sperm cell is needed for an egg cell to be fertilized, and nothing more. The link I provided showed that it is possible. Anything beyond that isn't an issue of contention.

In a sense, you can say so. In the spiritual realm, God conducted a “procedure” where he had to convert Jesus life into a form that could fertilize Mary's egg cell.

However, what is it that is ACTUALLY needed?

An egg CAN be fertilized without a sperm.

Therefore, the sperm is simply the carrier. The genetic material the sperm carries is what causes the egg to be fertilized.

Did you read what the scholars said about that account? Haven't several scholars analyzed that report and concluded that it was genuinely about Jesus? Otherwise what is it doing in an article about the historicity of Jesus?

The only issue I see here is that Christ was called Chrestus. Is that the problem?

Moreover, God doesn't get things done in isolation. Looking at the way stars and galaxies and planets are organized, it is evidently that one is always a part of a bigger picture. It's even here on earth among the trees in a forest, the plants in a garden, and even the animals in a group.
There is always organization in which each member has his/her/its place and purpose and serves as a part of the whole.

I won't read the book because I have extensively researched the bases for my beliefs. Now, I have given myself wholly into it because I am fully convinced it is true. So, I don't give much attention to those materials saying otherwise. In my experience, it is still a repetition of the same things I have examined.

But from the title I can sense that it's about the killings of the Canaanites that God commanded.
If I am right, my comprehensive reply to this will come still later.

For the meantime, though, here is a short illustration:

The owner of a program has the right to destroy it if it becomes corrupted by a virus, or if it has accomplished the reason it was created.

Isaac was the father of Jacob, from whom the nation of Israel sprung. So all in the nation of Israel who weren't from mixed marriages were from Isaac—including and especially Jesus.

In the flesh, he was born from Mary who was herself a descendant of Isaac. He had no man who begot him. Instead, Mary's egg cell had Jesus’ life in DNA form put into it directly, not by the transportation of a sperm cell from a man.

So, Joseph was his father by adoption.
