Job Title: Floor manager

• Regulate day-to-day operations of unit in conjunction with Departmental Heads, Manager, Executive Chief and Security.
• Ccoordinate and liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of parts to the office.
• Meet with customers, staff or vendors at their premises
• Responsible for Bi-weekly meetings
• Mandatory oil and lubricant check of generator, pumping machine, air compressor, post lift and other equipment’s/machineries that need daily checks.
• Tracking staff attendance and regulating of gate pass tags
• Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between other employees and directors’ board
• Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all mistakes for management team and working staff.
