Eddygourdo: I Really Did Something Very Wrong
The sight of seeing dogs eaten, slaughtered or kept in cages on their way to pepper soup joints and markets makes me depressed every time. Today, I did the unthinkable, a neighbour in my new area is a middle man for the purchase of these cages of dogs. Sometimes he leaves them outside In the cold, with no proper shelter or food, till he is ready to go to the devil's market with them. The glare of those dogs in the overcrowded cages breaks my heart each time. . Therefore today, without anyone looking I cut the ropes and released the dogs. About nine of them. Some took off at full speed while the foolish ones stayed back in shock and confusion. I quickly dropped the seven thousand Compensation into the cage and ran away. I really feel happy at my criminal behaviour and also bad as that man has been raining curses on the street. I need to park out be that. Cheers Eddy! No be you when dey fear turkey(tolotolo) be this? |

Politics › Re: North Will Never Discover Oil In Chad Basin – Shehu Sani by E383: 10:59pm On Feb 08, 2016 |
ULSHERLAN: I appreciate the fact that you concluded your points with the even if there is it wont be in commercial quantity. A geoscientist wont write off a place without doing some necessary studies and lab analysis on cores gotten from the area. Even if Bitumen and marble is gotten from the area as u said, they are still a big deal if handled properly. True. Nonetheless, I won't advice anyone to do a frontier exploration with current downturn of events in the industry. A wiser man will put those monies in something more sustainable. You know, that money is going down the drain right? We have areas in the southwest with plethora of pegmatite which should lead us to mineral deposits, Kogi is crazily blessed. If oil isn't selling, go into mining for other minerals, gold, aquamarine, sapphire etc. Or face agriculture fair and square. |
Politics › Re: North Will Never Discover Oil In Chad Basin – Shehu Sani by E383: 10:39pm On Feb 08, 2016 |
ULSHERLAN: Do you know what a basin is and do you know that oil or mineral exploration aint no joke. Hundreds of millions is done to carry our refractive seismic activity to explore for minerals in a bloc talkless the entire basin. If only senator Shehu is a geoscientist then he will understand the concept behind these things Dude, you don't go about asking people silly questions. If you are a geoscientist you will understand that the exploration of oil in that area is a waste of precious unavailable fund. Regardless of the presence of oil in the Chad location of the basin, which is filled with basement rocks, the sediment which would have been oil bearing have been cooked beyond recognition. Hence, even if there were traces of oil at any time, it would have been fried by now. The best they can get in that area may be bitumen. Worse case marble and the likes. A lot of scenario could have played before or after any trace of hydrocarbon was formed. Even a major non sealing fault in that region will send all our HC to gods if there was ever any. If you cannot come up with reasonable explanations, don't ask stupid questions. There is no oil in the Nigerian side of the Chad basin, if ever there is it won't be commerciable. |
Politics › Re: North Will Never Discover Oil In Chad Basin – Shehu Sani by E383: 10:18pm On Feb 08, 2016 |
Who goes to explore for oil in an area of high igneous and metamorphic activity?
The possibility of finding oil in areas outside sedimentary basins is 0.0001%. Oh well, Chad is giving them hope.

APC disappoint me daily. I hope it will not be another 4years of confusion.
Right now, I am not so pleased with President Buhari. A lot of things are at a standstill because of one silly anti corruption war of which we raise dust, make noise, then it dies down, nothing done, no one apprehended.
All is well. |
