Heeeeeeeeeeeyyyy guys and babes! Just guess what I discovered? If after the problem solving test yout get a "regret" mail, then it's obvious your application would not be considered further. But if you don't hear from Shell almost immediately you finish the Problem solving assessment, the it truly means your application is "under review" (being considered based on your performances and candidature). So my guess is that if you've completed the problem solving test and did not get a "regret" mail almost immediately, then be hopeful.
By the way, the easiest way to pick ideal candidates from a pool is through elimination method which is what I'm guessing they are doing in order not to "waste" your time or give you hope when your application would not be further considered.

just asking.. but normally the first set of phone interviews come within 2 wks of d completion of the 2nd test and u know the recruitment is first come, first serve and it's been on since 26th October, when it was lowkey before they extended the closing date from 4th to 13th Nov.
