Ok.

What I would say is that Maurice is an adult, and we only live once - as much as well can remember.

So if he fancies the girl, he should go ahead and tidy. And since he's married, he should be discreet.

Vault should help - app.

He doesn't want to do it. All he needs is the best way to break up the relationship, as they've gotten too close.
Doing it is entirely out of the question

Maurice is a good friend of mine and recently confided in me.

He's been married for over 10 years, has a nice family and is generally ok.

Recently, Maurice met a female cousin of his colleague at work. They got really close and now he is getting obsessed with her. He is a deeply religious person and in all his years of marriage has never cheated on his wife and he never wants to have to do it.

Like i said earlier, he has gotten too close for comfort with this lady. They talk everyday, he visits her at home, and she even gets to cook for him. Now he almost cannot do without seeing her or speaking with her on a daily basis.

He is right now suffering a crisis of conscience. I've told him that if it continues this way he would go down the road of infidelity. My advice was that he should cut off all communications with the lady.

Being a soft-hearted fellow who usually can't hurt a fly, Maurice does not know how to end the friendship as he doesn't want to hurt her. He feels its just friendship but fears that it may turn into something else. Asides how does he go about hurting someone that's been so nice to him?

What do you think?
Help my friend out of his dilemma.
Thanks

If Genevieve wanted to marry she would have done so a long time. Where do you people get this idea that women are looking for "husband"?

Do you know how much messages/dates that the average nairaland female user gets weekly?. Even walking down the street gaan sef. It's even easier at parties /clubs/weddings to find a man.
Nigeria is heavily populated ! Most women who are not married usually have a very good reason in Nigeria usually have a solid reason.

Those of you who see her as role modelling you think again. At this stage, she can only afford to buy a man
In your own case na wet pillow go end d matter...

Hmmm, i laff

The way this world is configured, man cannot do without the woman and neither can the woman do without the man!!

All those crying for woman emancipation, ur only true emancipation is when you build your own home with bricks supplied by the man God prepared for you.

Its easy to feel swayed by such sentiments as these, but by the time you start getting to 31, 32, 33, 34... ur song will change oh!!

A woman's primary assignment is the care of her home, and when she fails in dat, she has failed all..

Hmmmmmmm, (shaking my head)

You guys can believe anything if you believe this, haba!!!

Why are we always ready to believe the worst about our own country?? The so called oyibos do all they can to discredit our motherland and gullible nigerians praise them to high heavens..

We've gone past the days of just swallowing trash. Nigeria Army has many training institutions and i have friends and colleagues who passed thru them. I believe there are NLs who live in Zaria and know about Nigeria Army Depot where recruits are first trained. Its not like dis. Has never been and never will be!!!

After you guys will get angry when the Army high command accuses NL for being the hotspot for fake news..

Out of patriotism sef, lets be asking those carrying negative news about our beloved 9ja to shut up.

Lalasticlala, Ishilove take note!!!

Education / Phone Or Tablet For My 8 Yr Old by eagleccentric(m): 3:27pm On Sep 26, 2015
Hello guys
The way kids handle smart phones and tabs these days is just simply awesome. My 8 year old son keeps surprising me more and more on the way he uses my phones. Saw him pinging with his aunt today and i was really impressed.

Am now thinking of getting him a low end android smart phone or maybe one of these bryte tabs i see them advertising here and there on NL.

Do you guys think its ok? Wont it affect his concentration as per school?

What exactly do you think i should get for him?

Remember the zuckerberg's of this world started this way.

Your thots plz??

Hello guys,

Whether this tale be true or false, its a serious lesson for us all. As far as am concerned op has received serious bashing thus far and dont be deceived, more will come (but not from me sha)

I ve always refused to come to terms with girls dating guys for money. Back then in uni, used to have a coursemate. When you see her, no one will tell you she's from a poor home. But she is one i respect for life. Didnt have much clothes, shoes whaterver, but that didnt make her roll with the crowd. Never even had a boyfriend till we graduated. Met her a few years back happily married and enjoying all she deprivd herself of back in the days to keep her dignity. If she could do it, why not you??

Ladies, op ended up pregnant, yours could even be aids...

For the guys, dont take advantage of any girl's situation, there's a price you'll pay somewhere down the road oh...

Finally, lets remember not to judge anyone. My people say its easy to be an angel when your feathers have never been ruffled. Poverty, hunger can make a girl throw away her dignity and make a guy steal, but truth is as far as people overcome, then believe you too can.

It shall be well

Reading thru all ur posts only confirms one fact, whats gud for a may not necessarily be gud for b, but what stands out is the fact that there's always a way out.

Thats why i'm not a believer in marriage counselling because we are all different and there is no one formula dat works for all.

Someone once told me dat God created quarrel for husband and wife. How true dat statement is. There will always be conflict in marriage, but every successfully resolved conflict will serve to make it better.

On third party involvement?? Hmm!!
Sometimes third party must be involved, but the key is limit it as much as possible. And in the instance when they come, for the sake of peace and tomorrow, watch what you say. Don't say what will ruin your spouse reputation. He/she may never forgive.

In all, marriage is a blessing. I believe that after salvation, the next best thing God gives is a good home. But truth is, it takes hard work...

Family / Re: Signs That Your Child Is Being Sexually Abused by eagleccentric(m): 11:50am On Jul 24, 2015
This is a very serious issue and we must endeavour .not to take it with kids gloves.

Child abuse/moletation is on the loose and every genuine parent should be concerned. Househelps, neighbours, uncles, aunties, cousins, and these days even parents molest their own children.

Lets start by being very close to the children and making them know whats right and wrong. Talk to them always and let them have your confidence. Make them know that there are certain areas people shouldn't touch them.

Control the kind of things they watch on tv especially these musicals of half nude girls and boys dancing, that pervade our airwaves these days.

If all parents understand that they shall one day give account for how they took care of their children, then maybe they'll sit up.

And remember don't entrust your children into anyone's hands and relax. Beg God to oversee them in your absense. Its a wicked wicked world we live in...

Question : Why are they all laughing

Answer : because they know that "nothing de happen". they will always walk out free even if they are guilty.

But in a saner Society, they are suppose to show remorse because of there reputation that's at stake.
but unfortunately this is Nigeria.

Bros you are truly wise. This is 9ja, and nothing will happen.
Lets wait and see the obvious happen
i.e. After Efcc officials chop belleful,
the case will then be thrown out for lack of substantial evidence or for lack of diligent persecution.
