That's not the strategy. Ikuku will come out to contest, but PDP will not give their ticket to him. He will decamp to another party and the Ngwans will support him. When I say the Ngwans, I mean Obingwa, Osisioma and Ugwunagbo.
You may doubt me, but Okezie is being checkmated so that he doesn't deviate from this strategy.

If truly you wanted to be objective you will understand that Ojukwu left for Ivory coast because he wanted to save what remained of the Biafrans. Even Alexander Madiebo said as much in his book. But, yet men who had never carried a gun or heard the sound of war will call him a coward.
History has never recorded Ojukwu's exploit as cowardice not even when it is being narrated by his enemies.
