muktarl: rochas and orji are the two worst governors in se/ss region. i score rochas 2/10 for his talking too much and doing too little, while I score orji 4/10 though he is equally a clueless.

Correction Rochas -2/10 Orji -4/10.

Rochas and Orji are both failures. While Rochy had failed to pursue industrialization policy, Orji on the other hand had hiked ABSU school fees making education difficult to acquire instead of updating ABSU to international standard.

ABIA and IMO are pillars of the future Biafran Nation which will comprise of SE, SS and the Xtian North thereby making us one and the same. The fact is by 2015, both Rochas and Orji should leave govt house.
