When the details of the loan came out, they stated clearly that a huge chunk of it will be for massive infrastructural development, and then a minute amount will help to offset accumulated salaries.

The governor I believe has a plan to repay it, he has suspended multi tasking and levies imposed in Aba citizens, and he promised to sanitize the IGR agencies and u don't expect him to generate money without doing something about the level of decay in Aba and environs.
If he is able to do so, I believe the IGR alone will be enough to offset the debt before his tenure. It just needs u to show a little effort, Aba people will repay back his endeavors.
At least I know when T.A made billions collecting Infrastructural levy in one instance, and Aba people honestly tot he was going to work.
Let them see something on ground before u start tasking them again.


And again, Abia is not owing any external debt apart from wages and salaries, all Igbo states, only IMO was owing as at May 28, so there is no debt Okezie has to pay back.
