Inception:

Thanks a lot for your response.

This question was put forward to me by the Chief panelist.

I sensed that it was a situational question, so i identified an incident (Lifting a prefabrication for a major project , in which there was a pad-eye failure:a near miss) which required an investigative team (myself included). The inquiry then investigated the incident by identifying all possible causes that would have lead to that event , in which these possible causes were eliminated one by one (due to the evidence available) until the 'root cause' of the padeye failure was identified: Improper/nonexistent NDT/NDE prior to the lifting operation. I also went further to say that what lead to it not being a fatality or a serious loss was due to the redundancy built into the lifting design (which was recommended by the investigative team in the event this happens again in the future) and the need to ensure that proper NDT was to be perforemed for future lifts ..

Of course this never happened, but men, i simply had to improvise in that split second....I have since been worried about this answer. How do you see it?

Local man couldn't see anything as it could av been formed here too....

Did you know that since the day this thread was created on the 13th of March 2019, an average of 75.95 comments are posted daily on it.

Useful information amounts for less than 25%, baseless theories constitute about 60%, commemts made out of fear make up 10%, while other unrelated and comical comments make up the rest of the numbers.
Finally NBS intern came through

xfire!..long time already lol.

Sorry for the delay for those i planned to send to today (i.e those who pmed yesterday and early this morning) ..you all would get it overnight. for those who messaged me on discussions on my experiences..i'm sorry but wouldn't have time to reply most as there are too much. would only continue with the early conversations that were initiated with me.

for new pms wanting the LOMS, like i said, may be much later when i'm free before i have time to compile and attach to one dispatch list..it was time consuming and stressful enough for the early pms. That's the best i can do, i'm sorry.
Please send to me too

Regret mail just came in.
I know it wasn't the cognitive test so I advise again; for the working styles, you may be inspired to be moderate/conservative/accomodative, but stay away from intermediate answers biko. I had really low scores because of that (highest being 5 grin), a rating evidently contrary to my true working styles. Go for agressive/extreme answers.
Bye bye.
Totally agree. Was trying to be in between for all. Seems they wanted extreme. They'll end up hiring outliers with that cubik test.

Again, getting first class is not the most important thing, there are many third class graduates that may get job ahead of first class. They can only retain you to lecture. Just focus on improving on your grades. You can still make it

Your great desire for ir can be helpful and can also be harmful. I am a graduate of mech engrg and i can guarantee you that majority of them that started with first class in your department will not end up with. I started well too and didn't make it. But then, later on you realize that the most important thing is not the first class but gaining the essential things that will make you better even than those first class students. Just make sure you focus on your grades now. And please, learn and develop yourself on major softwares and Practicals. Shallom
