Constitutionally, there is no suspension but removal. Technically, whoever has the power to remove, has the power to suspend.

Who has the power to remove the CJN.

1. The President - via a 2/3 vote of the National assembly
2. CCT - upon conviction of a CCB breach

The reason the NJC is not there is because no law permits them to remove or appoint, the law says they recommend.

Though ur statement is confrontational but I will like to respond that we all know in part...what I had as premonition to say was that NJC is constitutionally allowed to as well recommend that CJN should be removed. They are constitutionally permitted to recommend the removal of CJN.

The problem is Nigerians are only physically united while in mind we are the most divided of all nations. The above statement u made is authoritative to be made only biased motive will make one make such statement. It is the evidence that shows how divided we are as a nation.

So why can FG file a case to request for his suspension or total removal. Why must we go as far as committing sins in order to punish sinners. It is a pity that tyranny and corruption keep multiplying in this nation...

It is poverty mentality that makes people negatively envy prosperity of others...Daddy Freeze should come to name his achievement or moves in alleviating people's life.

Though ur statement is rude but let me correctly respond to it. The standard of the world is not God's standard. The world is under the rulership of the devil and people of the world take directives from the devil and so it is expected of them to harm or kill those who sin,when they also secretly commit sins unabated.

He died so that the severe punishments for sin can be wavered; means no more can our hands be cut for stealing but such can be easily forgiven through confession, and so the curses that follow sinners will no more be our lots. Now a pardon we receive no matter how intensifying the sin committed by us might be, the blood of Christ has done it all and still doing it by pleading our course before God for a progressive pardon.

The reason behind multiplications of sins is beccos no one is ready to stand against sins again. Sins are now being romances in form of jokes and others. Even parents watch their children committing sin unabated.

I can see many people not getting the meaning Trump gave the word "Lifeless" according to the dictionary. Lifeless means deceased, and our president is actually deceased of a truth.

I hope another lifeless(aged and deceased being) like Edwin Clark is not planning to vie for political post. It is expected to see the aged/lifeless people like Edwin finding trump word contrary cos it is unimaginable that in 21st century aged man close to 80s will still be aspiring to becom nation president. Only in Africa/Nigeria will u see an aged who is due to retire and enjoy life peaceably vying for political offices to cause himself more unrest. What a world
