Kingsley Amafibe who narrated the incident to Supremetv said that " I came back from the bank this afternoon were i went to collect some money to pay up people working for me ahead of my event and packed my car out side were i usually pack it with the money inside the car, within 5 minutes of going into my office to pick up some documents. on my way out i saw my car open and discovered that all the money i went to collect from the bank has been moved from the car.



He also added that he believed that he was followed from the bank by some Professional Car snatchers,cause the way the car was opened and the way the money was moved was so so easy he said.

There is no way modern civilization can be discussed without the involvement of the military of institutions. Military institution paved way for civilization in some states; this is because the instrument of state powers was created by the military.



The newly industrialized countries especially in Africa after euphoria of industrialization in Africa many countries experienced military intervention in politics through the instrumentality of “Coup d’état”.
Therefore, “Military Coup d’état can be defined as an illegal displacement of a legitimate government which members of the security enforcement agencies play a prominent role”. As early as 1960, there were cases of military takeover of government in Africa and Europe, Nigeria had a great share of this military takeover too, and the military had ruled Nigeria more than the civilian rule, in fact even the current President Muhammadu Buhari, who was a then Head of State clinched to power through the instrumentality of Coup d’etat and he was also sent out of the corridors of power through the same military coup plotted by General. Ibrahim Babangida. Thanks to the seed of democracy that was planted on the 29th May 1999 which has been growing and it is in its seventeenth years.
At some point, political analyst had thought that Democracy will be the most acceptable and practised form of government, as many nation had adopted it and bid farewell to military rule or overthrow of government through coup staging. Not until 15th July 2016, we were awoken with the news that military officers in Turkey are staging a Coup to displace the legitimate government of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The military officer’s claims they are taking over the country in order to restore democracy, in no distant time, the Turkish military took over government apparatus, public building, media houses and government institution. What seems to be successful at the initial was made abortive by the Turkish citizens; they marched, protested and protected their country, their leader, their democracy and their right. They were able to subdue the force of the military and jointly made the Coup attempt a big failure and unsuccessful. As it is today democracy and constitutionality has won in Turkey, military coup d’état failed.
I don’t know President Erdogan in person, but one thing stands, he has the Goodwill and support of his people, the way President Buhari has the goodwill of many Nigerians, so it’s easy to say “like Buhari, Like Erdogan”. The goodwill and support President Buhari got from Nigerians was undoubtedly the reason for the victory of the APC in the 2015 general elections. Let’s pause to question ourselves; Are Nigerians still having the same goodwill for President Buhari as it was in 2015 prior to the election? What if military coup comes knocking in our nation as it happened in Turkey? What if it happens in Nigeria will the masses be united and come out to kick against it as it was done by the Turkish citizens?
Put into note, that a military coup will not succeed in Nigeria, considering the antecedence of the current president who was a retired general and a onetime Head of State, in fact he the President was spotted wearing his military uniform (Khaki) during his official visit to Zamfara state. Without missing words you should know, that the respect and relationship between President Buhari and the military institution is still there even after he has left service 31years ago.

So military coup in Nigeria is near impossible at this contemporary time, there is no need for the masses to even come out to protect anything, poor minds should safe the stress of saying a particular section or region of the country is responsible for plotting a coup against president Buhari’s government, as it is many Nigerians are so blind that they can discuss national issues without attaching ethnic, religion or sectional interest attached to it, we have more religious/ethnic jingoist citizens than patriotic citizens. Now what if?
What if Nigerian masses device a ‘Citizens Coup d’état’ to dethrone the government? Very possible it is, cause the goodwill of 2015 has drastically declined, and the river of joy that flowed in the heart of many Nigerians has dried up, people’s expectations are yet to met, the hard economy situation in the country has stole the smiles on the faces of many Nigerians, attack by herdsmen on farmers and farm produce by cattle’s is on a daily increase, unequal representation and biased appointment, the system is not working, hunger has found an executive seat in many homes, this alone can push the masses to stage a civilian Coup and when this happen not even operation “Lafiya Dole” in Maiduguri can curtail the force of the 170 million masses. It might interest you to know that the ‘Inflation Fever’ Late Fela Anikulapo Kuti sang about in his song is real, as it is inflation rate hits 16.5%, which is the highest since 2005, please we need economic physicians to treat our feverish economy.

Report reaching Supremetv.info says the former Abuja PMAN chairman passed away in Abuja after brief illness.

SupremeTv has exclusively reported that Collins Adeyemi, who is a former Chairman of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Abuja chapter, has passed away on Wednesday in the nation’s capital.


The renowned MC cum actor was last seen at the 6th Edition of the prestigious African Achievers Awards, which took place July 8, 2016, at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.



Nicki Nwadinobi, a close associate to the deceased, revealed that Collins slumped and died after a brief but yet-to-be ascertained ailment, adding that the deceased had been on and off work but the sickness was not so serious.

Also speaking with Adeyemi’s friend, co-founder of the African Achievers Award, Ambassador David James Egwu, said Collin’s demise was really sad.



“The death of Adeyemi calls for sober reflection. What really killed Adeyemi remains a mystery to me as we were both at the Award event together.

“Unfortunately, before his death, he told me he was not feeling too well and we did not even know he would make it to the event but he did; only for me to get a call early this morning that Adeyemi is gone.

“Death is so inevitable and sometimes I wonder why we are struggling. What’s all the struggle for? If someone as hardworking and persevering like Adeyemi can die untimely, then I wonder,” the event manager said.

A 70-year-old man identified as Collins Iheanacho, over the weekend allegedly slumped and died after engaging in a marathon sex with two secondary school girls-aged 14 and 16 in a hotel room situated at Ogbaku, a community in Imo State.
Iheanacho until his death was a retired staff of Chevron and the village Chairman of Umueye village, a community in Owerri.

The deceased before his demise was said to have been in the habit of sleeping with teenage girls.

It was gathered that the two teenagers were the deceased regular sex partners even after being reprimanded by their parents.
According to a source, both girls, who attended a junior secondary school in the area, honored the randy old man’s invitation, though did not know until they both met at the hotel.

A 50-year-old teacher, Mr Musiliu Yusuf, on Monday told an Igando Customary Court in Lagos that his wife was impregnated by one of her lovers in their matrimonial home.
He also alleged that his wife sleeps around with landlords.
“My wife committed adultery, she got pregnant for one of her lovers in our matrimonial home,” Yusuf said while testifying in a divorce suit instituted by his wife, Hassana.
“My wife is promiscuous; my fellow landlords are her boyfriends. She got pregnant for one of them, they mock and make jest of me whenever they see me.
“I stopped making love to her in June 2014 due to her infidelity and in 2015 she told me she was pregnant.
“I rejected the pregnancy and even after delivery of the baby, I refused to care for her because the baby is not mine,” the estranged husband said.
The respondent tendered the list of hotels visited by his wife and some of her lover as exhibits.
“I packed out from the house I built on four different occasions because I fear for my life as my wife always beat me on any slight provocation.
“I finally ran out on June 14, 2015 and refused to go back just to save my life because I don’t want to die,” he said.

Musiliu said that contrary to his wife’s testimony that they both built the house and school, he never collected any money from her.
The respondent also presented as exhibits all the title documents of the properties which were in his name.
Hassana , 39, a teacher, who filed the suit to end her 13-year-old marriage, said that her husband threatened to kill her in order to inherit what they both acquired.

“He threatened to kill me so that he can take over what we both laboured for. He always boasts that nobody will question him if he kills me.
“We jointly bought a coaster bus and two plots of land. We used a plot to build a house, the other a school,” she said.
The petitioner said that her husband was in the habit of accusing her of infidelity.
“My husband is suspicious of my moves; every man I talk to is my boyfriend. He has no trust, whatsoever in me,” the estranged wife said.
Hassana said that her husband packed out of their home without any notice to an unknown destination.
“On many occasions, he had abandoned me and the children. He once left the house for a year,” she said.
The mother of four said that because she refused to grant her husband loan, he rejected her fourth child from pregnancy.
Delivering his judgment, the President of the court, Mr Adegboyega Omilola, said that it appeared that the estranged couple were tired of the marriage and all efforts to reconcile both parties had failed.
“Since both parties consented to the dissolution of their marriage, this court has no choice than to dissolve the marriage.
“The court pronounces the marriage between Hassana Yusuf and Musiliu Yusuf dissolved today; both parties henceforth cease to be husband and wife.
“Both are free to go their separate ways without any hindrances and molestation,” Omilola ruled.

Two men identified as Mr Asuquo Effing Etim and Chief Bassey Effiom Ngwe have been burnt to death in Akwa Ikot Effanga in Akpabuyo LGA of Cross Rivers state after a native doctor allegedly accused them of being responsible for the deaths of several young people in the village.
According to one Leo Igwe, who published the post on Facebook, the incident happened on July 3.

Igwe, who works at International Humanist and Ethical Union wrote: “The native doctor is currently in police custody but according to my local contact person, none of those who killed the alleged witches had been arrested.


“There are concerns that the matter may eventually die if pressure is not brought on the Nigerian state and police authorities to bring the perpetrators to justice. The native doctor could be released any moment from now and nobody would be brought to justice.

“In addition, some hoodlums suspected to be part of the lynch mob attacked and looted the home of CHIEF BASSEY EFFIOM NGWE because the son who reported the case, is helping the police with the investigation and arrests. The young man is living in fear for his life. He fled the community and is currently in hiding.

ACP Bunmi Osoko, Officer in-charge, State Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department, SCIID, Cross River State police headquarters.Osoko said it was a weekend and nothing can be done today, adding that investigation into the incident is ongoing.


The PPRO, however, confirmed that two persons were in police custody as suspects.

When contacted, Igwe told our reporter, “The media has to help do something about this. I am calling on the press and the Assistant Commissioner of Police, ACP, to investigate the matter and arrest those involved in the murder of the men.

“Witch hunting must stop. Witch hunters must be brought to justice.”

The east is the least developed region in Nigeria excluding imo state led by rochas because other governors fail to put on their thinking cap. Ebonyi state governor the other day was distributing foreign made SUV's, instead of going for a cheaper option in innoson while most people in his state cant afford 3 square meal. This is how the eastern leaders waste their tax payers money on irrelevancies and instead of their youths to hold them accountable, they will instead blame Buhari for their woes and start screaming biafra as if angels will be their leaders in their imaginary biafra. I do not have children of mine yet. But, it is better I start fighting for my unborn children since they say prevention is better than cure. I am not a moralist neither do I have the right to judge anyone, but this is a sincere appeal to Olamide, a.k.a Baddo, from a showbiz fanatic and writer.

I know Nigerians are in love with Olamide. I am aware that crucifying him is like crucifying the average people on the street. He represents the street, and his grass to grace story has given hope to many youths.

However, if he continues to sing what he sings, we may need to forbid his music in our houses. Failure to do so means children will continue to become adults quickly, as his lyrics, in most cases, expose them to things we find disturbing for their ears.




Have you taken time to pay attention to the lyrics of most of Olamide’s songs? If you have forgotten all, ‘Who U Epp,’ is still fresh.

Anyone who thinks I am witch hunting the singer or I don’t like his face or music, is wrong. I am possibly his biggest fan. I grew up in Bariga, Lagos, the same humble neigbourhood from where Olamide conquered the music industry. I have experienced the struggle he’s experienced and the state of hopelessness he’s experienced.

So, if sharing the same root is not enough to convince you that I mean well for him, you could as well visit the Internet to read the lyrics of ‘Who U Epp’ and digest them.

Before I had the opportunity of listening to ‘Who U Epp’, the song had become a national anthem of some sort. When I finally listened to it, I fell in love too. How he effortless turns simple things to songs is amazing.

The beauty of the song made many Nigerian artistes to make a version or cover of it.Wande Coal, Phyno, Lil Kesh, Mz Kiss, Chink Ekun and a host of others did different versions. But I noticed that Olamide was unnecessarily vulgar. I say unnecessarily because I believe he could do without some lines and still make sense with the song.

In ‘Who U Epp,’ he said something like, ‘Ye se frapapa, kilo gbena papa. Kini nkan na, kini toti lapa.’ This is the most lewd part I noted in the song.

For those who do not understand the Yoruba dialect, what he said was scornful of the female s*xuality. The exact translation of the words is not worthy of being put in print.

In as much as music has no limitation and there is freedom of speech, we should be aware that music is a viable tool for education. What we put out there has a way of influencing the people who listen to it, especially the young ones. When we say violence is okay, demeaning women is okay and alcoholism is okay, it has a way of affecting the society at large. I mean the mindset of people who are looking up to such singers.



Though ‘raunchy’ lyrics seem to have become Olamide’s signature and it is working for him, for the sake of our children, he should apply caution. In other words, he should start using his music to educate and inspire the young ones. He did it with a song like ‘Melo Melo’ and a few others. So, it is something he can do.

In a recent conversation with a leading gospel DJ in Nigeria, Afojeare Campbell, aka DJ Gospoeralla, he compared music with soccer. According to him, music that came out of Nigeria in the past, taught people about life and it was inspirational in a way.

He said, ‘The likes of Segun Odegbami and Muda Lawal played real football in Nigeria, but there was no money to take home. Jay Jay Okocha came and made all the money. It is similar with the music of today and then. Those who started it, produced music that one could relate with. But they didn’t make so much money. The younger ones are just making noise nowadays; we have been pushing for good music and family entertainment.’

Luck ran out on a thief when he walked into a boutique in Gwarinpa pretending to buy a jean and shirt but actually looking for phones to steal. The owner of the boutique sensed that her phone was missing immediately the young man left her boutique and raised alarm. The young man was apprehended and would have been lynched but for the timely intervention of the Police.
