Jayslicky: Enough of this Anthony Joshua's defeat, dude is a human and not a machine, he should be encouraged , people talking about his loss saying this and that are not helping him instead they are making him lose confidence.
Failure helps us to bring out the best in us when competiting next time. i don't like it either... But belief me criticism make people stronger... He will come of it good... And the happiness that comes from it is next to nothing. |

Iyajison: Liverpool wre just lucky.....
They played less than I expected...
Son was my man of d game... this is not the first time a team will be less and still win a match bayern vs chelsea comes to mind infact that luck tag belongs to Totteham... They were luck to be in the final... They almost crash out during group stage matches. Liverpool deverve it they already played the final again barca.., this one is mearnt to be a walk over for them just that they performed less to people expectation... But it was still a deserve victory. |
Politics › Re: CAN Faults Buhari’s Presence At OIC Conference by ecclize: 8:06am On Jun 02, 2019 |
swtdrms: My problem with this country in its entirety is our approach to everything. The only approach we have is sentiment, sentiment and sentiment and nothing more. That's what CAN has been thriving on over the years, remove sentiment and there's no CAN.
Looking at issues in its whole, we don't. Good luck Jonathan had attended the summit during his days as president. If it were islamization, he wouldn't have attended the summit. https://www.legit.ng/1241364-flashback-goodluck-jonathan-attends-oic-summit-cairo-2013.html
Same with Islamic banking issues and the controversies CAN created around it, today the highest number of Jaiz bank customers are Christians most especially Igbos, these Christians have been benefitting hugely from the operations of Islamic banking system compared to conventional banking system.
Same with SUKUK bonds that have been used in developing infrastructures around the country.
My only question is when will CAN stop pulling us down as a country? Does CAN hate us this much that it must be sentimental about everything? We as a people are thinking of a way forward looking at latest convention in solving problems internationally, the only thing CAN is preoccupied with is SENTIMENTS.
In this just concluded National elections, we were filtering our options, trying to see the best fits for different positions, the only thing CAN preoccupied itself with was SENTIMENTS, Christian emerged all governors of the Southwestern states nobody raised an eyebrow, lets just assume it was the other way round? It would have a hell of controversies and incitements.
This same CAN campaigned against APC because it is an "islamic party" but still seek Christian senate president and speaker in the so called "Islamic party" based on what argument? Their argument wasn't based on performance nor competence but "sentiment".
I hope we can all change our outlooks to issues in the country and individual localities so that we can learn to have the world "culture" attitudes, learn what works in the international arena for our development. bro i Love the fact that u back up ur claim with evidence. I find it hard to belief this Islamization of a thing... But recent Buhari soft comment on fulani herdmen give me concern and that is the only area i use to think he is bias. God bless us in this country... Sentiments towards politics, ethnicity and religious is our major problem in this country. And on that basis spliting is the only solution i can think of. Hatred and bigotery is too much in the land. Am tired of being a Nigerian i swear |

Sports › Re: Deontay Wilder Sends Scathing Message To Anthony Joshua After Andy Ruiz Defeat by ecclize: 7:21am On Jun 02, 2019 |
Jaqenhghar: It wont happen anymore. Whats the motivation? AJ no titles .... Wilder would prefer to face Luiz now... and is more likely to beat him and become the undisputed. AJ had his chance. The only way out is if he can get a rematch and reclaim the titles back. it will definately happen that if AJ up is game... Ruiz cannot fight anyone expect he fight AJ in a rematch first... That was the clause they signed it, if AJ wins it will justify alot of theories ppl are coming up with. And that will up is demand |

I raed comments in the other thread yester night and everyone gave ot to AJ saying the Ruiz guy is just a makeshit, i thought otherwise but i never expect the guy to knockout AJ tho. Hmmmm so many lesson to learn from this. From barca to Arsenal to the least expected of my friend who travelled out and now AJ. Anything can happen in life.. No matter what people think about does not matter once u are determined success is sure. |
