His staff have surely learnt from him; accreditation that is supposed to begin by 8AM begins by 1PM and some uninformed fools are all over the radio and TV blaming poor voters education and voter apathy for low turnout.
There was no way all the registerd voters in my unit could have gotten accredited and voted after starting so late.

You still can't fault APC in any state. The number of accreditation voters says it all. It's like disney park for an Hausa man to vote but an average Igbo man won't.

I haven't seen any northern state that had up to 50% turn out yet compared to their total PVCs collected.

Contrary to what people say on TV and Radio, The blame for low turn out across Nigeria falls 100% on INEC's feet.
How can you start accreditation by 1PM when some people came out as early as 6AM? When will the accreditation finish and how many hours will be left to vote?
iNEC has always been the cause of low turn out.
