On or before next weekend those academic records will come to limelight. The judge is obviously going to grant the order cos Tinubu's lawyers haven't said anything reasonable why he should not. Let's know who this man is for the very first time. I am certain the certificates he is parading is fake, the school itself is in for some bulshit!!!

Modified: for his minions who think the coast is clear, I am afraid that's not the case what is brewing is even more dangerous and SUBSTANTIAL. You can't perpetuate forgery and perjury and be president. We don't need any supreme whatever to discern whats right. If his certificate is FORGED it is FORGED!

Who else read what CSU lawyer said yesterday during the hearing? That he cant say YES under oath on whether the certificate is Authentic or forged. Let's see the documents first.

Modified: this was I think today, Tinubu's lawyers defence is that the document will not be admitted in the supreme court as if he is the judge. Oga dont worry yourself about supreme court accepting the evidence, lets get hold of it first.

Maybe Atiku’s lawyer didn’t tell him that he can not add any evidence to his appeal at the Supreme Court.

If that evidence is substantial and comes at the time he can no longer tender it at the tribunal, he can trigger a clause that mandates the court to accept such evidence. Simply put, the evidence was not available at the time the hearing was ongoing at the tribunal now is available and SUBSTANTIAL the supreme court have to admit it on its merit!

Well if the documents are eventually released and is found that he committed forgery, it will even be a more difficult case rather than easy one, because how do you collect money and such evidence is now presented before you. It will be a case of millions of Dollars vs a substantial evidence. Nightmare for the judges if you ask me cheesy

I know people will say I am weird, I for one dont believe in the judiciary, but come to think of it, the district court of Illinois has expidited action on the hearing of Atiku's petition to enable him meet up with the dead line at the supreme court. Now if Tinubu is found wanting and Atiku approaches supreme court with hard earned evidence, will they still give Tinubu's Lawyers the judgement to write while they in turn will read on the day of judgment? I mean if this overseas court find out Tinubu used a FAKE identity which amounts to Forgery and criminal offence in our own laws? Or will they refuse to admit the said document in evidence. I know they can pull of any heist but MAN......that would be ludicrous cheesy
