I am not certain you are a lawyer, I for one I am not, even if certifiate forgery doesn't relate to academic records, it has also been established that he parades 2 different certificates from same institution! The document Atiku is asking for is not for use in the EPT but to ambush him at the supreme court. If Illinois judge grant that order and the records show that Tinubu submitted fake credentials to gain admission in the institution, CSU will exenorate itself and Tinubu will bear the harsh consequences.

I disagree with you on this. You can't have a certificate without academic records, so Atikus lawyers couldn't be so naive as to limit their prayer to just certificate. Doesn't make any sense.

The case will end at supreme court, Atiku has the right to present more evidence to substantiate his claims.

We wont be fooled by the outcome of this case, they have no case in the first instance. PH is a PDP state at least for the Gubernatorial elections. All this is just to suggest they are impartial, how come this is the first case likely to be conluded among many? And all over the news. The APC candidate there was just for formality sake. Give us a date for the main case Nigerians are following.

Those
five individuals are at most difficult stage of their careers.

The one thing we all should be happy about this case is that BAT and his academic qualifications didn't claim to originate from any Nigerian schools. This case would have long been DOA'd. Just a simple legal change of name document as at when Bola started all these shenanigans would have saved him this present wahala

However, my only pain and worry is having a character as Sabinus the comedian and an open crook as Akpabio become the Country's President for as short as a single second.

What a tragedy however you want to look at it.

At the end of the day, whoever takes over after these rogues would have supervised the national purse and treasury substantively will wish they never contested to rule the country.
