Went through same thing last year. Good thing is that you are making the right adjustments as per your meals and fitness level. It's most likely Ulcer and then you are worsening it by over thinking it. Once you take your mind off it, all those symptoms will go away little by little. Most of the symptoms you feel are as a results of panic attack. Stop googling symptoms for now. Stop checking your heartrate. Stop feeding your fears because whatever you feed grows. Feed your faith, feed positivity. Live your life. And most of all believe that you are here for a reason and until your purpose is complete you are going nowhere.
