Read my initial post. This thread has nothing to do with a SCOTUS victory for Trump. Time is not on his side and the case most likely might never even get to SCOTUS before the Electoral College votes. This post is about the possibility of Trump winning through the Electoral College itself.

I have read it. The chances of what you posted happening is far fetched.
But let us assume this does happen. when this is happening what do you think Biden & the Democrats will be doing? Just folding their hands & watching Trump subvert the will of the people through a constitutional loophole?
If this even happens, American democracy will be destroyed & it may likely lead to civil war.
Also it will set a very dangerous precedent. That is, in the future, any presidential candidate who lost can simply allege unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud & rigging & so use the same backdoor trick or loophole to get d presidency neglecting the will of the people. If this occurs one or two or more times, what is then left of American democracy?
The best course is still the court. However, that route is not going to save Trump because he lost to Biden fair & square.
Beside,stop reading those far right conservative & conspiracy theories blogs & news outlets.It is not good for ur mental & intellectual wellbeing. For credible Republican/conservative informations, try to read National Review & other sensible media outlets.

You don't still understand. That a case is being thrown out by the Lower Courts IS NOT a disadvantage to Trump. It is actually an advantage. Because the faster they thrown it out, the more they can APPEAL and the appeals keep pushing the case up and up till it gets to SCOTUS. Trump doesn't need to present full evidence now, that will be too stupid. As of now, they even have whistleblower Democrats ready to testify to voter fraud and how they participated and carried out voter fraud. But if these things are revealed now, it puts many witnesses lives at risk, because the Dems will go for assassination or threaten them to silence through the back door behind the scenes. And then it will slow down the case from reaching the SCOTUS fast enough. The mother of all litigation and evidence will be presented before the SCOTUS, not the lower Circuit Courts controlled by Dems. Trump is teaching you Politics 101 Roulette, sit back and learn

Bro i understand your pain & the fact that you're still in denial, bt come on, some of those judges that have thrown out Trump's cases are Republican appointed.
The truth is that SCOTUS ain't going to to overturn this election because Trump's campaign has no evidence of widespread electoral fraud. What they have is allegations & conspiracy theories. Media theatrics of allegations of widespread electoral fraud is easy & cheap. Bt the ball game is entirely different in the courtroom where you have to provide evidence.
The fact that there are majority conservative Justices in the SCOTUS doesn't mean they will overlook the law & lack of credible evidence & just make Trump the winner of an election he lost.

US President Donald Trump has pardoned his former national security adviser Michael Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI.

The president said the widely expected act of clemency was his "Great Honor".

Mr Flynn was among former aides to President Trump convicted during a justice department investigation into alleged Russian election interference.

He admitted in 2017 to lying to the FBI about contacts with Russia's envoy, then tried to withdraw his plea.

The White House said on Wednesday that the pardon would finally end "the relentless, partisan pursuit of an innocent man".

Its statement described Mr Flynn as "the victim of partisan government officials engaged in a co-ordinated attempt to subvert the election of 2016"

Fact is a lot of people don't actually read & understand. The comments i am seeing are testament to this fact.
The Court did not stop the certification of the Pennsylvania Election Results because of electoral fraud or irregularities neither was that the grounds for the petitioners suit.
The judge temporarily stopped the certification because the petitioners/plaintiffs are claiming/arguing that Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail measure, Act 77, is in violation of the PA constitution.
And even if this is true, at this stage it will change nothing much. This is because the court cannot now invalidate millions of already casted legal mail in ballots just because the vote-by-measure Act 77 is in violation of the PA constitution. This will amount to disenfranchising millions of legal voters.
This case should have been instituted before the election.

From next year, officials in Nigeria and the British Museum will take part in an archaeological dig to look for royal treasures in the former African kingdom of Benin . The excavation, described as the “most extensive ever undertaken” in Benin City, will begin at a site adjacent to the palace of the Oba, Benin’s traditional ruler, AFP reported.
Nigeria has said it will build a new museum at that site to exhibit looted Benin Bronzes currently displayed in American and European museums. The 10,000-square-foot museum — the Edo Museum of West African Art –is being designed by the trailblazing Ghanaian-British architect, David Adjaye and is due to open in Benin City in four years.
Benin City was the capital of Benin Kingdom , one of the most highly developed states in Africa, when it was ransacked and burnt down in 1897 by British forces. Its destruction in what became known as the Benin Expedition of 1897 led to the fall of the once successful and well-recognized Benin Kingdom located in what is now southern Nigeria.
Britain’s punitive expedition did not only lead to the deaths of gallant chiefs but it also took away various works of art including Ivory and bronze works. Today, most of these works of art are held in prominent museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the British Museum.
Two of the Benin Bronzes were in 2014 returned by a British citizen, Mark Walker, leading to calls for repatriation of more artifacts. The rest of the Benin Bronzes remain at the British Museum, with Nigerians pressing to have them returned.
Museums in Europe and America do have objects taken from Africa during the colonial period but as AFP reported, “the law often prevents countries from giving them back”. Such is the case with the British Museum, though it could loan the Benin Bronzes to the new Edo museum.
The British Museum has, however, said it is working to make it possible for Benin works of art from its collection to be permanently displayed at the Edo Museum of West African Art. Nigerian officials have also highlighted the importance of the excavation that will take place at the site of the museum.
“(We are) very excited about this archaeological work in historic Benin, which we hope and believe will lead to a greater understanding of the ancient kingdom of Benin,” said Professor Abba Isa Tijani, director general of the National Commission for Museums and Monuments, Nigeria, Evening Express reported.
The report added that excavated objects will “remain in Nigeria and become part of the Edo Museum of West African Art, museum collections and displays.”

The media have already crowned Joe Biden. They are going to be shocked and disgraced.
This past Friday night, Joe Biden held a big parade and made a victory speech. Saturday, the American news media decided to declare him the winner of the election and the president-elect of the United States.
It does appear strongly that this man will be America’s next president. But I absolutely do not believe that at all. Regardless of how things look right now, I am confident that Donald Trump will remain president.

What the left is doing now—all this theater aimed at bullying people into accepting Joe Biden as president—is more of the same. It should come as no surprise.

Unfulfilled Prophecies
The Trumpet has been explaining biblical prophecies that apply to Donald Trump and to America—specific end-time prophecies that must be and will be fulfilled.

As I explained in my article “ Saving America From the Radical Left—Temporarily ,” this fulfills a prophecy in the biblical book of Kings about an end-time “Jeroboam” whom God would use to save the nation momentarily.
That period in Israel anciently was a forerunner of what is happening in America today. An enemy was attacking, and 2 Kings 13:5 says “the Lord gave Israel a saviour.” “For the Lord saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter: for there was not any shut up, nor any left, nor any helper for Israel. And the Lord said not that he would blot out the name of Israel from under heaven: but he saved them by the hand of Jeroboam the son of Joash” (2 Kings 14:26-27). The book of Kings is one of the former prophets, and most of its prophecy is for this end time.
There are forces attacking America today that are terribly destructive—and the worst of them are within the nation. (My free booklet America Under Attack explains this.) But looking at this modern-day Jeroboam, you have to say God gave Israel a “savior”—at least to the extent that He wouldn’t let these enemies bring down the nation. He has been blocking this movement to “blot out the name of Israel [which includes America] from under heaven.”
And is his job finished? No, it isn’t. So I don’t believe at all that he is going to disappear from the scene!
The Trumpet has also pointed to a prophecy in Amos 7 that tells us a lot about this end-time Jeroboam. None of that prophecy has yet been fulfilled—but we can be sure that it will be, and President Trump must be in power for this to take place. God is going to fulfill every prophecy of His Bible!
I still believe these prophecies are 100 percent accurate. This means this nation is about to be shocked. These events are going to shock a nation that has already turned the page on our current president. But they should not shock you. Watch what happens, and when this comes to pass you will be able to recognize God’s guiding hand!

Donald Trump fired defense secretary Mark Esper by tweet. In recent months, the president and Esper had publicly clashed over proposals to rename military bases named after Confederate generals. While Esper has expressed openness to the idea, Trump has repeatedly insisted the bases should not be renamed.
Donald Trump said Christopher Miller, who currently serves as the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, would become acting defense secretary now that Mark Esper has been fired.
Miller will be the fifth defense secretary to serve under Trump over the president’s four years in office.
After former defense James Mattis left office in January of last year, Patrick Shanahan, Richard Spencer and Esper served as acting secretaries, before Esper was confirmed by the Senate.
In contrast, Barack Obama had four defense secretaries over eight years. George W Bush had two defense secretaries over eight years.
It’s important to remember that defense secretary Mark Esper would have been out of office anyway once Joe Biden was inaugurated.
Reports also indicated Esper had already drafted a letter of resignation, as is typical before presidential elections, in order to give incumbents the option to nominate someone else for their second term.
The fact that Donald Trump fired Esper anyway underscores how desperately he wanted to get rid of the defense secretary.

The election is lost for Trump. Decision Desk, Business Insider & some other news outlets have called the election for Biden.
Sometimes you just have to accept defeat & move on.

OP, Biden came from behind to flip Pennsylvania. Decision Desk already called Pennsylvania for Biden.
And this is because mail in ballots in Philadelphia are still been counted & tallied. Philadelphia tends to favour Democrats.
As for Georgia, Trump already lost it. Even if there is a recount, it will likely change nothing.
So pls stop giving Trump's supporters hope. Biden has won.
