NawtyC001:It is not an achievement to be the first to comment on other people's stories. Instead strive to post your own story so that others can comment on it. |
B1ak3:It is unfortunate and somehow worrisome that most APC candidates are products of flawed elections whether it be party primaries or general election. |

bobbybrown007:That masquerade is not playing for entertainment. He was simply out to make money. Do you not see the money storage bag hanging on his neck, So, why would he not uncover his face in the sight of a 'big man'. Traditionally, masquerades don't carry money bags. Instead they have guides who follows them and collects money thrown at them. Real masquerades don't beg for money. |
gaby:Your last sentence has cleared my doubt about you. I miss interpreted you. Sorry about that. God bless you. |
gaby:A certain woman busted into the house where Jesus was eating and walked straight to where He sat. Then she knelt at His feet and wiped them with her tears and long hair. In between her sobs, she pleaded for mercy and forgiveness of her sins. Then people started talking. "If this man is truly a prophet he would have known what kind of woman that was touching him". Everybody in town knew her. She was a prostitute. A great sinner. But Jesus did not utter a single word. He allowed the people to express their opinions and the woman to exhaust herself. Finally, Jesus said to the woman "Thy sins have been forgiven thee, sin no more". If Dino Melaye has gone to church to seek the face of God, why would you be a hindrance to his salvation? Allow God to judge him according to his works. |
This is simply a call for retrogressive change. When he was in River state as APC governor what did he achieve? |
Twitter or media celebration for Dr Adadevoh is certainly not enough. FG should name a top class hospital after her and see to the education and welfare of her children. |

donstan18:How I wish that I can see you face to face and shake you by the hand. Some people can be so ungrateful. That's too bad. |
Many of us knows the story of Hannah, the first wife of Eli. She suffered a lot of domestic abuse and provocations. One would have thought that the household of a man of God would be a place of peace and tranquility, but it was not so with Eli. His second wife, Peninnah, was a tigress in the house. She mocked, cajoled, abused and humiliated Hannah because Hannah had no child. (1 Samuel 1:6) That is what we see in polygamous homes today. But one incident changed the course of Hannah's life for ever. It was the time of a religious festival and Eli took his whole family to the temple at Shiloh to participate in the ceremony. There everyone got fulfilled with all that the festival offered: contentment and happiness. But it was not so with Hannah. She was deeply troubled in her heart. On her arrival at Shiloh, Hannah was not much interested in the festival. Instead she stationed herself at the altar and poured her heart out in prayer to God. Eli noticed her, but there was something in her behavior that astonished him. Although her lips moved as she talked, Eli could tell that her voice was not producing any audible sound. It was difficult for anyone to hear what she was saying. And Eli considered it wrong behavior for her to be drunk at that time of the day. But when he had cautioned her, she affirmed she was only praying and not drunk. However, God heard Hannah's prayer. How interesting it is to know that we can pray to God in diverse ways: in spirit, loudly, in tongues or by meditation. Eli was not used to Hannah's pattern of praying, but her situation pushed her to pray in a way that baffled her husband, in a way that nobody had ever prayed before and achieved result. You too can pray like Hannah. We can pray in different ways, in all circumstances and wherever we find ourselves, whether in the market, in our workplace, in the bus, along the road or anywhere. This is important because we need God's protection at all times. And it is our prayers that can help us out of all difficult conditions. May the Lord hear from heaven as you pray to Him today and always. May He bless you and your loved ones in Jesus Name. |
Richie0974:Stop murmuring. Instead thank God for what He is using the pastor to do. Truly, a prophet has no honour in his own land. |
TPAND:It is a strategy by the EFCC to wade off some irresponsible tweeters. At least, if you are not sure of what to say or your grammar, you do not near their tweeter handle. That's good idea by their handler. I love it. |
omenkaLives:Mr Omenka, I concur with this line of your argument, '.....I blame Ortom for creating the room to be attacked.' If Ortom had done what he is supposed to do, would he have been ridiculed? He is the chief security officer and governor of a state and his subjects are being killed daily in hundreds, yet he sits back and do nothing. Is it not annoying? Only one man was killed by Fulani herdsmen in Ekiti state and Fayose took a decisive action that shook the nation. Today no herdsman can misbehave in Ekiti state. Look at Ambode of Lagos, Obiano of Anambra, etc are doing fine and nobody attacks them. Mr Omenka, I want to tell you in clear terms that Ortom is not doing fine. |
pyyxxaro:Yes, the man looks so bold in that uniform. That is to prove to Hammed Ali, customs comptroller general, that wearing of uniform is no big deal. Anyone can wear uniform and still remains who he is or what he is in life, untouched and unchanged. |
Ppresh2017:What kind of proof do you have when you don't even have an identity? No profile picture. No location. How do we believe it is not all scam? Show yourself and let the world know whom they are dealing with. Very important in business. |
Ronaldinnioh:Let us reason together. If you were away from your parents for 3years and they do not know your whereabout, and you stumble into a serious problem, what will you do? Is it your parents that will look for you or you that will seek for your parents? If a child becomes wayward as to bring shame to the family, the parents must rise to defend their integrity even if it requires to apologize for wrongs done by their children. This is the much reason why wayward youths are frequently killed in Pakistan and Indian for bringing dishonour to their families. So the mother of the lady in question did what she suppose to do by going to apologize to clear the family's name since their daughter had refused to come back home and tell them what is happening. By avoiding the parents, it goes to prove that she is living a bad lifestyle. |
subtlemee:That's what you see when you read articles of a blogger who lacks ideas and information. When they have no good news to tell, they frame up something and post just to keep their blogs running. |
He is in trouble. Let us pray for him. Father I pray, open the eyes of your son that he may see clearly, grant him understanding and the wisdom to overcome the vanities of this life. Is there any evil power manipulating him? Lord, I pray that you destroy such power and lose him from the bondage, in Jesus Name. |
buttnaked:Listen and listen very well. Something is wrong with the man. Does he not know that the two women will choke him to death? When competition, in-fighting and greed arises, the two women will try to outdo each other and in the process put the man in danger or death. |
This is one of the reasons why FRSC usually drag errant drivers to psychiatric hospital for mental examination. A driver who smashed two parked vehicles at the same time and at the same place couldn't have been mentally alright. |
omenkaLives:It is a campaign to let his new party, APC, know that he is a big time donor so that he will not be schemed out in the party, but rather be seen as a resourceful person in the party. |
What exactly do you want to know? Is it ,the importance of John the Baptist in the ministry of Jesus Christ' or 'the significance of the Holy Spirit in the takeoff and eventual fulfilment of the ministry of Jesus Christ' or both. Be specific. |
Foolish man who send you message?! We prefer not knowing to preserve the mystery and fun ![]() Meanwhile, have you stopped beating your wife?!
. |
AlhajiSpray:Are Nigerians receiving the blessings of their votes or are they gnashing their teeth in regret? Be honest to yourself. |
ayusco85:It is important to testify whatsoever God has done, not only in churches, but on the streets, in your neighborhood, among your friends and even on the Internet. The young man who narrated his experience did so to encourage others to do greater works for humanity and not for self-praise. There are people who cannot stand on the sight of blood but are now being encouraged to do something even in critical circumstances such as what he encountered or in any other situation. |
petrov10:This is much of the reason why Parents Teachers Associations are set up in schools to let parents know their roles. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children do their assignments at home. And whereby parents fail in their duties, the teacher has no other option than to apply any method he feels best to make the children to comply to school rules. I recall that some years past, a soldier in northern Nigeria, moved from house to house dragging out children who refused to go to school and forcefully sent them to their respective schools. And everybody hailed him. As a parent, why would you allow a policeman or soldier to do your work for you? |
LordofNairaland:Buhari's fight against corruption is not making any impact largely because a lot of corrupt people who do not share his ideas surrounded him. SGF lawal, Burutia, Amaechi, even the EFCC boss ,etc all have uncleared allegations of corrupt practices. One should first remove the speck in his eyes before removing from others. |
Since 'no northern group has made the above conditions public', l rate the post false, unfounded and misleading. |
Femi Adesina is doing exactly what Adolf Hitler said in 1933, "If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed'. But Nigerians are wiser now and won't believe all the lies of this government. |
ENIMONEY:Is this an MMM subsidiary company? |

Nawa for una o. How can this country ever get it right if no one confronts this monster called corruption. How can there be uninterrupted power supply, good roads, sound graduates, competent man power, etc, when corruption has eaten deep into the fabric of our nation? How can we have more good doctors, responsible lecturers, the best universities in the world when corruption is the order of the day? How can we have an efficient police force when corruption has destroyed our forces and the only thing most of them know how to do is collect bribe? Even those who want to stand out will get abused and called names. How can we get it right when civil servants collect bribes to falsify documents to the detriment of the country?
