Now the old wives are living in bondage and the new wife has no peace of mind all because they married a rich man. Where is the joy or happiness in that marriage?

You are wrong to associate non payment of salaries and pension with party politics. Let me remind you that states that voted for APC in 2015 are owing far more than PDP states. Yahaya Bello, APC governor, is owing his workers for 38 months. Aregbosola, APC governor is owing. Okorocha, Obaseki and many other APC governors are owing their workers. The matter is not peculiar to Abia alone because it is a PDP state. Be objective in your reasoning.

Sometimes I wonder why Nigerians behave oddly. People are swearing and cursing some state governments because of their inability to pay salaries. Now a governor has pledged to pay and NLC is complaining that it is too early. Why don't they collect their salaries and put in a fixed deposit bank account? If the governor uses the money for other projects the same NLC will turn round to blackmail him. Our people like wahala. I don't know why.

Kids shouldn't dabble into matters meant for elders. Likewise, elders shouldn't dabble into matters meant for gods.

You gave an excellent advice. Youths must be careful how they comment on issues in this forum. Apostle Paul cautioned that "All things are lawful, but not all things are helpful".
If you are not born into a polygamous family, for example, you do not have the experience or knowledge of what happens in polygamous homes and, therefore, cannot comment on issues bordering on polygamy. It is only those who are born in polygamous homes that knows the difficulties or challenges that exists in polygamous homes and are qualified to make comments or give advice. Matters on polygamy is not for everybody to comment. But Nairaland youths will just talk on everything rightly or wrongly. That's too bad.

Supposing your stolen iPhone has been sold to an innocent person who never knew it was stolen, how will you deal with that? You don't need to be hard or you complicate issues. If you find such a person, just use your IQ to find out how your phone got to him or who sold it to him before taking further action. It is an error of judgment to walk up to somebody and start hitting him because you see your phone on his hand. You may be charged for assault .

It is too early to start jubilating over the new minimum wage because it has consequences. There has never been a time that salaries of workers were increased and Nigerians did not groan under hyper inflation. It started with the Udoji award. Perhaps, it happened before you were born. Go to a good lab and tell them to do "Urine Culture" or "Blood Culture" test,. Although it may cost you #5k to #7k it will show what is actually wrong with you.

Which full details do you still want? The OP said that the lodgers asked the hotel management for a refund for that particular bad food served to them which the hotel did not heed to. Then trouble started when they decided to drive out of the hotel without settling their outstanding lodging bills. Then fighting broke out and the lodgers were battered.

It does have enough meaning. See, envy and jealousy are simply a display of all the negative human emotions like hatred, bitterness, malice, anger, etc against a person without cause. As the intensity of jealousy rises the person begins to imagine evil and carries it out secretly. And that is witchcraft which is essentially meant to hinder or stop the progress of another person.

How many people have testified of people helping them and then they repay them one day with something good and help them for old times sake?

Most times people who go looking to eat other people's lunch are selfish opportunists. They don't need it and they can work for it or endure it. For instance, while begging for food the guy is buying himself things. Meaning he's using the OP.

Because the young man goes to his friend's house to eat and buys things for himself does not in anyway mean that he has money. He may be an indigent student struggling to survive.
It may interest you to know that our schools are full of indigent students who struggle and strive to save whatever little money they get in order to buy what they need. The one who cooks food claims that he receives #10,000 every 3 weeks. That's big cash to a student and it shows that his parents are comfortable. But there are students who hardly see #10,000 in 2 months.
However, my opinion here is that the OP should investigate to see if his friend is indigent. If yes, let him go ahead and assist him with food, not minding what he buys.
