so sweet. I have an idea tho. . .if any of you agree. . .
I don't mind creating a topic for many of us who use to discuss much in here.. . .But the topic is going to be different and it will be a place where we discuss so many things.

Nigerian, Kenyan, South African, Ghanian etc. . .participated in this thread so I think it's a good idea having them in the new thread too

No, what I mean to say is that I was bored at home. And you are the reason why am back here cuz you were asking how I was doing. There are many positive sides this thread have, but the prob is . . . .there's nothing to discuss about here anymore. I am happy to meet very nice people in here including you

I don't know about the coffees and cakes but the food! Omg! I love Ethiopian food more than somali food grin

I heard you guys enjoy raw meat though lipsrsealed

I love the anjaara with the Meat-sauce and the sauce is spicy! I'm going to find an Ethiopian restaurant this summer even if I have to go London for it angry

This thread is misleading though, those foods are not Ethiopian, some are but most aren't. Strange, I thought we were celebrating Habashi food grin

It's called Injera, not anjera. Am happy you love Ethiopian foods. I named the topic Addis Ababa food table to show that delicious foods can be served in Addis from different countries.

Av posted many Ethiopian foods and culture before. It's that my previous account is deactivated.

Ethiopian coffee is amazing too! Thanks for the nice comment

Politics › Africa (a 'never Change' Continent) by ednited(op): 2:17pm On Aug 14, 2017
There were elections in Africa recently. And the one that caught many people attention was the election in Kenya. It is obvious and still sad that US herself have had her hand in the election to resolve the controversy.

It is shameful that Africa had to call her colonizers to solve her problem. When are we ever gonna change?

When will our leaders open their eye and brain to see what is happening to their citizens?

why is there no democracy in the continent? Never asking a pure democracy (as no one has it) but still lets see some.

We see African immigrants crossing border and lossing their life. Some of them had to leave because of the improper action of their leaders but their leaders keep on making posters and advertisment for the people not to leave.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? It's like beating a man and telling him to stay.

You see some of them having the worst corruption on earth. Using poor ppl money to live a fantasy life.

You see a 90 year old man saying that he will rule until he die! No offence but at age 90, it's hard ruling urself leave alone a million people

You see some giving land to foreigners inorder to get money

You see some African leaders making decision on the country by thier own (like they own it) forgetting it belongs to million others too

I think many African leaders don't have a shame because all are the same.

Having an undemocratic country has an impact on the citizens. Sometimes, it could go wrong, a change might not be seen but having a democratic country tells u atleast things are being done the right way

When you see a person who's doing things right. . .you question urself about what you are doing. But when the government is no better, the way citizens view their country is no better

Romance › Re: It Is Not A Must To Have A Girlfriend/boyfriend by ednited(f): 7:47am On Aug 09, 2017
@Kimcutie

I totally agree. I have same thought as you. Being a women especially is different. Everyone think that a girl have no boyfriend only it's cuz she haven't had the chance for that. Not that she is not willing for relationship

Sometimes they make you look like a fool for that. Which is sooo wrong

What's hard to get is worse it

having a boyfriend is easy
going for dreams and making money is hard
