In Nigeria, it is somehow a tradition for the husband to be older than the wife, however I have noticed that it is not always so in some other countries.

Recently things have started changing and we have seen women both young and old dating someone younger than they are.

What is your take on this, is it proper for a lady to date someone older than her?

I married a girl out of my foolishness lol , I was thinking money could save her, I snatched her from her boyfriend, after we had a kid the relationship got sour and we divorced, I don’t need advise or opinion on it OPs.

The 1960 constitution requires that regions keeps 50% of their resources, contribute 20% to run the federal government and contribute 30% to a common purse thats shared among all regions. Now replace regions with states, does this satisfy you or you insist on the 1999 constitution?

These countries you mentioned practice true federalism. The money from Texas, NY does not run other states. The money from British Columbia does not run Saskatchewan.

Its not perfect but corruption is not the major thing holding us down. Its lack of competition among states because resources are shared from the center, so states can be unproductive and still survive.

In the 1960 constitution, yoj can't survive if you're unproductive

The 1999 Constitution enables useless leaders to be selected. It would be difficult for useless leaders to come through the 1960 Constitution because there's no sharing from the center but contribution from the regions to run the center. A useless regional or state leader cannot generate enough resources to run the state, how much more contributing to run the center. A useless leader will not survive six months
