Rubbish. Almajiri riots but he doesn't riot to secede, why ? That's how you know it's all crap. Let Atiku along with sokoto, zamfara, kebbi and kano starts clamouring for their own country if they want to be taken seriously. Bunch of worthless, unproductive illiterates.

i agree, the casualty from a popular uprising against a sitting govt in nigeria will be large. a nigeria govt wont think twice about kiling thousands to keep hold of power. There's an option that will bring down the govt & the entire political class fairly quickly and with minimal casualty, but it's not one i can discuss,,,publicly. and it doesnt involve a coup.
Really ? huh

Zamfara commissioner  stripped unclothed during  Assembly by-election

Written by Muhammad Sabiu, Gusau  Sunday, January 9 , 2011

Thugs stripped a female commissioner  in Zamfara State, (name withheld)  unclothed during the just-concluded House  of Assembly by-election in Anka, which  took place at the weekend. An eyewitness told the Nigerian  Tribune that the commissioner, who is  a card-carrying member of the Peoples  Democratic Party (PDP) was seen by  some thugs distributing wrappers and  detergents to some women on the day  of the election. According to the source, "the situation  didn't go down well with these youths  whose loyalty is with the All Nigeria  Peoples Party (ANPP)." When the thugs accosted her and  asked her why she was campaigning  for PDP while campaign had closed,  she was said to be adamant. Source confided in the Nigerian Tribune that this enraged the youth who  pounced on her, tore her cloths and  stripped her unclothed. The pandemonium that followed this  attracted by-passers who rushed to the  scene of the incident and rescued the  embattled commissioner from the  hoodlums. When contacted, the commissioner  confirmed the incident but was quick to add that any politician worth his salt  would not be bothered by such  experience. She maintained that she did not regret  her action and would do the same if  the opportunity came again. It will be recalled that the by-election  for the House of Assembly took place  at Anka following the demise of a  member of the House of Assembly,  Saidu Bagega, in October, 2010.

Ofcourse a downward spiral is not a straight drop down, you actually kind of oscillate downwards and might even appear to be at the same level some watchers.

I'm watching the Utd vs Pool game right now and though it's obvious Utd havea relatedly average squad the one thing driving them is SAF.

@debosky. Personally i don't see why Wenger would want to rest any players in the FA or Carling cup when those are our best bets of silverware this season. Arsenal is already out of the UCL, that one is as close to fact as can be, the premiere league is obviously moving closer to somewhere other than london. So tell us exactly what competition the 'players' are being rested for ? undecided

my people, see lets not mix these things up. getting the talents, nurturing them, Wenger is very very good at it using them to get what we all want ( hopefully, cos from what i see at times the folks at ashburton dont seem to give a flying bleep), its another matter entirely. this man has been overtaken by time. i remember years ago, a story broke about how wenger used to coach 9 second box to box counter attacks involving 3-4 players, and at the time at highbury it was practically our bread and butter such that most of my pals used to complain and say the the pitch was too small and that was why we got to the other post quickly a season later, no less than ruud van nistelrooy said in a copy of the Mufc mag that they had started emulating that, and lo and behold, he had a crazily prolific season, and the consistently beat arsenal with that tactic for years and tears. remember Cristiano ronaldo @ Emirates in the CC? another example is, i remember quite clearly that in the premier league era, wenger was the one who raised the bar to 90 points plus to win the league, he could not win it otherwise. today, he can barely get his team to 80 points, his so-called sweet football is ridiculously easy to pick out with the proper tactic, he REFUSES TO ADAPT TACTICS WHEN NEEDED. hell these days he barely looks like he even knows his best team. if those are not clear signs that the game has left him behind then what is? its this grateful to wenger stance that really pisses me off, The club is indebted to him for keeping us where? RUBBISH!!! whether u accept it or not, that is the gospel truth. as long as arsenal fans and officials cant see beyond their rose tinted glass image of wenger, too bad. hopefully by 2015 we will win something. I REPEAT, JUST WAIT AND WATCH WENGER THROW AWAY THE CC. our present squad is arguably the best in the prem, at the very least a decent coach can win stuff with this season's squad, and thats a FACT.
I cannot fit talk anymore.
