European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (A New Strength, A New Hope). by edoyad(m): 3:55pm On Mar 21, 2011
With Almunia in goal and Kosileyin and Squillaci pairing  at Center-back? It is likelier i become Arsenal's next  manager than us winning that league! Almunia's gaffe  for the 2 nd West Brom goal should tell anyone that  this team can't win it! No serious title challenging  team should be dropping pts to Sunderland and West  Brom at this point of the season! If I where yall I  would be worried about Chelsea right now cos if we  continue faffing around we could end up how we did in  07-08
Just imagine yourself  not being an Arsenal Fan. After  doing that , imagine another team lining up a keeper like Almunia, and a defense of johan, Kos and Squillaci. Now would you actually believe that type of defense together with back up strikers like Bendtner and Chamakh deserve to even finish in the top ten ?
That squad is lean even before you peel out the first layer.

***saunters in and sees the bullshyte still gets aired religiously, shakes head, sings quietly : things are not the same as before****

hmmn, i think mr wenger, director of football at arsenal has a very nice ring to it

can we try someone else now? since we know that things are always the same, and what needs to be done wont get done.

and if not, pls how long will it take to eventually get to the point when someone else would be a nice option to consider?
Me self dey wonder o, don't know why many folks believe that dude is inextricably linked with our future

Attackers killed by own explosives in  central Nigeria JOS, Nigeria,
March 20  (Reuters) -

Two men were  killed in the central Nigerian city of Jos on Sunday when explosives they were carrying on a  motorbike went off, preventing what local  residents said was an attempted attack on a  Christian community. More than 200  people have been killed in  sectarian violence since late last year in and  around Jos, which lies in Nigeria's "Middle Belt"  between the mostly-Muslim north and  predominantly Christian south. Christian youths angered by what they took to be  an attempted attack by members of the Muslim  Hausa-Fulani ethnic group set fire to the corpses  of the two men in the Nasarawa Gwom area of Jos, police commissioner Abdulrahman Akano said. "The explosives killed the two men. They died  instantly," Akano told Reuters. Some reports said  the attack had been meant for a nearby church,  but Akano said it was impossible to say where the  men had been headed. There have been frequent clashes between  Christian and Muslim mobs in villages around Jos  since a series of bombs were detonated during  Christmas Eve celebrations in December, killing  scores of people. Tensions are rooted in decades of resentment  between indigenous groups, mostly Christian or  animist, who are vying for control of fertile  farmlands and for economic and political power  with migrants and settlers from the Muslim north. The violence is largely contained within one  region of Africa's most populous nation and does  not on its own threaten to derail presidential and  parliamentary elections in April, though the area  is a potential flashpoint during local polls.

May be it's the tone the boys used in raising the issue that's gotten the ladies all worked up, but this issue really serious. Personally it's almost impossible for me to see a girl loaded with a pouch in front and be attracted to her, i'm sorry to sound insensitive but it's just the case. Infact i was just mentioning same somewhere else this morning before stumbling on it here again.

Rather than see this as assault on naija babes, i think this information could help you make yourself look better than a rival girl who's got a prettier face, longer legs, silkier voice etc., but bigger abdomen wink

An old man who was weak suddenly jumped to life one evening and partied like an animal before going to bed after midnight.

The next morning it was discovered that he was dead, died in his sleep the old man. Apparently that burst back to life was his last kick at life( before the bucket).

Sometimes when teams win titles it's a sign of something waiting ahead. I'm back to visit vengeance on the wicked/useless.

no Song and Denny aren't suspended but what are the chances of any them recovering before our next game ?

Secondly that line about Rosie is the most uncomfortable thing i've heard this year. Do you actually mean Rosicky ?
Secondly, you as well as i know that the fact that our next two games are home games doesn't mean anything if our home record this season is our measuring stick .

Abeg let's talk purposefully abeg.
Now that Song, Diaby and Denilson are unavoidably absent, what will our midfield look like in the next two games.

Hard to believe someone lived in Lagos for 18 yrs and didnt grasp the Yoruba language. That's where most Non-Yorubas learn to speak Yoruba. . . .
Believe me it depends on what part of town you grew up in.

I understand you bro, the first 18 years of my life were spent in lagos though my parents are from southern KD. I can't speak my mother tongue(jaba), yoruba or igbo, just minimal hausa i learnt from my last few years of living in KD. So you can see there're some languageless ones like us who can't fit in anywhere but the urban set up. Thats why i plan to finally settle in Lag one day; my true home.
Nairaland General › Woman Hires Man To Rap E Her Daughter So She Can Become Grandma. by edoyad(op): 6:32am On Feb 06, 2011
http://regretfulmorning.com/2011/02/rape-my-daughter/

No this isn’t an Onion article, although we wish it were. A 53 year old woman (who will go unnamed to protect the identity of her daughter) has been arrested for plotting a rape so that she could become a grandmother. This is not funny. Apparently, the 24 year old girl had shown no signs of wanting to become pregnant, so her mother decided to take matters into her own hands.ᅡ She hired 33 year old Finus Fetnadi to rape her daughter outside of Burgersfort ( South Africa) , and instructed him not to use a condom. Both Fetnadi and the mother were arrested after the daughter was raped and came to the authorities.  The poor daughter must now wait to see if she’s actually pregnant. Wow mom, great job emotionally butt f*cking your daughter for the rest of her life.
