From my view point,I believe it is only the Igbo tribe that does not believe in Nigeria. Every other tribe has their differences and dissagrement with other tribe but they are not about to separate on the basis of their differences, they hope to resolve their differences and remain as One-Nigeria.

But the Igbo tribe want away; they want Biafra. Igbos don't have to discomfort and inconvenience every one to part from Nigeria. We the Nigerians feel you can leave with your Baggage if you o wish - good riddance to bad rubbish

Only two secessionist movements have ever succeeded in Africa: Eritrea from Ethiopia after 30 years of war, and South Sudan from Sudan in 2011 after 22 years of war - the latter still as war-torn as the pre-2011 Sudan. Herein lies the lesson for Biafra agitators: Secession from Nigeria will not solve their problems unless accompanied by conscientious leadership.

I knew it and said it all along that only the party convention can select a party chairman

The way forward now is for the Makarfi caretaker committee to now call for a National Convention of the party where a permanent chairman can be selected

The Board of trustees and stakeholders should also zone the chairmanship of the PDP to the South West. The party needs a new start and a new face to tell its story. The likes of Jimi Agbaje can lead the party in a modern and truly democratic way.

From the convention PDP can then zone the Presidency to the North and encourage all who want to run to come forward
