Streetinvestor2: Tell us what kpakus want to do with 250 billion and win a prize on ngx..lol
If a company refuses to disclose what it want to do with 250 at egm.At what meeting or point in time is the company suppose to tell the owners of the business what they want to do with the money Why is this kpakus all about secrets. So how do I gauge if what you want to do with the 250 billion will bring returns, over valued or against my religious acceptability.
You just come to get resolution and say thank me later with what I will do with the money ...haba now I don't have issue with the raising of funds since the company is still in its foundation stage. But I think the company's integrity is question able.

ositadima1: That's not what I'm asking. Are EllahLakes shares going to be further diluted with the issuance of new shares or not? One billion new shares is no small matter—especially considering they might want to offload some at the current high price. I don't know why most persons fear dilution; dilution is not the issue, the issue is poor earning power of the company involved! Is like saying can Aliko Dangote cater for 1000 offsprings through sperm donation in order to produce more babies in 2026? The answer is yes,Aliko Dangote has the financial capacity to do it.But a man earning 2 million Naira per month cannot try it. |

Streetinvestor2: Walahi I thought APC sabi propaganda till I listened to the balablue of Ellahkpakus egm
Ogas bought at 2.8 and pumped to dump above #10.They could not tell shareholders how much was the specific loan they provided
The said they want to raise 250 billion but refused to specify what they are buying. All they came for was just to pass resolution by yeye shareholders and proxy. They didn't even specify if thr will be RI for existing shareholders.
You want to answer questions and give clarification after you have passed resolutions. So what use is the questions coming later and written on paper. They will only be good for dustbin.
The management did not say the present position of mill they promised to commission last month.
You talked about 500k hectares of farm and didn't bring video evidence. You claimed you have spent few billions on it
You gave shareholders 3 page of document with nothing really inside as stated by someone in the meeting.
One member here claimed the have already raised the money. I didn't hear such pronouncement in the meeting. Next month I go drag that member and kpakus like tiger generator.
The insiders and thr gang here don cash out on some innocent investors...na me talk the unspeakable This Oga just dey vex! The p.ig and pi.glets will surely be slaug.ht.ered, it is just a matter of time. |

Mpeace: They did not calculate the q1 eps with the current OS of over 53billion shares. If they used their current OS, Eps would have been about 3.5. Okay if you say so. ₦3.5 × 4 = ₦14 Let say at least ₦10 will be EPS for 2025. Can Nestle,Presco, Dangote Cement, Dangote Sugar,BUA Cement,BUA Foods and Okomu make about 30 percent of their current stock price as full year EPS? Now you can see why most bank stocks are grossly undervalued. |

crownprince2017: There is a lot of gap in your investing knowledge, there is difference in accepting you don't know, knowing and willingness to know what you don't know, you failed at everything.
You only believed in only your view because you see it as the best.
Even buffet admitted he failed to realize the prospect of tech companies on time.
The same reason dangote is poor compared to Zuckerberg despite his years in business before Zuckerberg came to limelight. Everything is about perspective and willingness to learn new things. What you know could be making money but what you don't know could make you more.
What is the Genesis of dangotesugar loss in the first place?
Is it a sectorial issue or not?
Was it a good company before that?
Answering the above questions will make you appreciate the board.
I'm curious to know wat you would have done differently if found in the same shoe.
Well I said it last month that dangotesugar will be out of loss this year and I gave my reasons. No any surprises for me. Mr Guguru, you have started again with your gaslighting? You said Dangote (a man whose networth is more than 20 billion US Dollar)is poor? Has Dangote Sugar paid dividend in the past 10 years consistently? Like you know I don't do mediocre stocks. |

EDUECO: UBA , Zenith Bank , ACCESSCORP,GTBank,Fidelity Bank ,UCAP,et cetera. They are all going to declare good Q2 and half year result. Stanbic bank and WEMA will also declare good result. Even FirstHoldCo that has been gereguralized will also declare good result; but I am not sure the good result will translate to good dividend. |

Yoursfaithful: Your banking stocks weren't a profit making organizations all through from inception..am sure at one time they were going through some financial challenges and here we are today. You need to know when to key in the market especially when you're sure of a company's prospect in future. Oh you expect me to key in when they start reporting massive profit and price is almost 200naira then right.. Your are probably right |

ndept: Gbam. You hit the nail smartly on the head. Even, majority of those complaining here about insider trading will do worse if they are in the position of those they are accusing of insider trading now.
Please tell me, from where do they think the Elumelu wife and family got their information from before accumulating transcorp shares when it was trading around N1? If not from the CEO himself. Is that not an indirect way of Insider trading? Just like what took place in banking stocks recently. |

Loss is loss, whether small one or big one. The group reduced half year loss is 22 billion Naira. It made massive loss in Q1 and it made profit in Q2. To me this is a mediocre result. Why should I buy a loss making company when there are companies that have never made a single loss in the past 10 years?
