But it should be known that cholesterol is not entirely a bad thing, our body needs cholesterol because it makes up part of our hormones alongside proteins and minerals. There are two types of cholesterol: High density lipoprotiens (HDL) and low density lipoprotiens (LDL), LDL is the bad one, your body needs HDL.

There are many sources of HDL such as coconut oil and avocado pears, it is why it comes highly recommended by the "updated medical practitioners". I know coconut oil is expensive compared to groundnut oil, but for its benefits it is clear why it shouldn't be debated.

If you notice my arguments are not solely in coca-cola, I mention carbonated drinks or soft drinks mostly, but if I must pitch into this again i'll say, when you have a glass of water and you put preservatives and flavouring and colouring in it and sugar in it again will you still call it water? Of course every man or woman should consume kola nuts or the coca leaves on its own or with any other product of nature but the moment you start adding synthetic products to it you have introduced free radicals.

And it is true that probably 90% of our foods that we eat contain free radicals, hence the detoxification daily routine is very important

Cholesterol ain't a bad thing but do you know what makes it bad? It is often found in excess in our body and why is this? OUR BODY PRODUCES IT NORMALLY and then we increase that amount further more by the fatty food or carbohydrates we consume.

I HAVE PURPOSELY KEPT TIN TOMATO FOR A YEAR AFTER EXPIRY, DO YOU KNOW WHAT BECAME OF IT? THE TIN CHANGED SHAPE AND WHEN IT OPENED IT, IT WAS ALL BLACK INSIDE. What do you think would have happened long before without the preservative in it?
Now, use tin tomatoes at home and remain some, leave it like that open and see what happens. It gets spoilt the next day but if you add groundnut oil in it, it will be preserved for long.



Free radicals don't necessary affect mitochondria. In fact, mitochondria are the ones producing them during during their oxidative process. They affect primarily the chromosomes(DNA) and you what that means, slow reduced production of anything in the body.

God created everything and anything good from us glories him. Have you asked yourself what coca cola is really made from? I mean the active ingredients? Coca cola gives you choice on what to drink and you know they ain't forcing it on anyone.

Free radical these and that, my guy even without coca cola, those free radicals are always generated from our normal meals. But God so kind, we now have knowledge to balance it with vegetables for antioxidants.

The difference between the creation story and the evolution fact is that at first sight the religious stories are more believable due to cultural and environmental factors while the evolution story is less believable. But when you start studying both, one looks outright stupid and the other looks very possible.

Most people who trash evolution have not taken time to study it thats why people like you would still say we evolved from monkeys. Even google knows better than that and you couldn't ask him, I'm so sure you havent even questioned yourself as regards to the creation story talk less of read books that critisize it with an open mind.
