Do you have another God to prove? The Bible god to you is God the source, no be so again? So when you say God, in your head you mean the Bible god. Please, I don't mean to sound adversarial, it's just that I have to keep repeating the argument to different people. Tomorrow, some other Christian will tell me to look at a Rolex watch to see how the universe, like the watch, could not have appeared by chance. He will use that to say that God exists and probably quote biblical scriptures.

I understand, your questions are very legal and acceptable but you see we are to rightly divide the word by studying to show our self approved 2 Tim 2:15. How many churches do this instead money and lies are the order of the day and innocent atheists are confounded. I can tell you that the awesomeness of God goodness is supra abundant and can be accessed by believers(not just any believer but those who know what they have in Christ Jesus) people are to see our lives that point towards Christ as we walk in love.
One thing we must know is that God can never interfere with our free will and decisions. Our choices are respected whether righteous or not and the consequences is ours to bear. If you desire knowledge from God He will give but all what Christians ask is money centric and materialistic at most times. God has designed us to be the determinate of our destiny by our choices and actions. God may have a plan but if you say no, He respects it 1 Samuel 8.
I can tell things from the Bible that will shock eg. the misconceptions that bad people go to hell after they die(even though hell is real). How many people have told you what I told you? Many people write and say God does not exist, did God stop them? How do you think He could have stopped mistranslation? So you see freewill comes into play. There are many things I can tell if time allows me. Anything else?

ur response is matured, though u didn't answer my question. How is it fair for God to destroy unbelievers despite d fact his only proof to mankind is adulterated? D blame shuld be solely on those who mistranslated d bible.

just like I said there are errors on the part of the translators and let's point it out as I look at the story. Look at Gen.18 closely and you observe that angels in form of men were going somewhere when Abraham invited them to his house. Where were they going? They were going to Sodom and Gomorrah. After they prophesied about Isaac's coming and they were about to leave they contemplated in Gen. 18:17-19 on telling Abraham and they did in Gen.18:20-21. The use of Lord to represent God was erroneous as Abraham out of respect used it for the angels. Gen. 18:20-21 shows you that they heard about Sodom sinfulness, from who? God check it (remember they are angels). They said when they see they would know the extent of sin. Mind you they never said kill. Check it.
The problem here was the translators consistent use of Lord to represent God instead of the angels. Also note that Abraham had this mindset that God gives and take which I debunked in my earlier post (you may need to go through them) and started saying that if the angels saw so so and so people they should spear and not kill. Kill? did they mention kill? Check it out. If you compare the original Hebrew text with the king James you did be surprised at the errors of addition and the rationality of these non-Christian translators coming to play. Look at Rom. 8:1the original Greek translation did not include 'who do not walk according to the flesh but, according to the spirit'. Their rationality came in to play again because they saw the original statement as nonsensical even though it is true (when you study salvation). Matt. 17:21 was never in the original Greek translation at all. But the scholars added it because they thought believing alone can't be enough (which is a lie) and Christians are like this ie. they find it hard to believe the simplicity of God but prefer complexity and working it out. The bible is the only evidence God gave to mankind to prove dat he exist, yet he cant make sure d bible is accurate. Remind me again wot good things God uses his power for. And he will still destroy those who dont believe in him anyway. Very fair isn't it??

every aspect of creations there are rules that guard them. For example the creator honour one thing , which is FREEWILL which HE has given to any of HIS creation. In this "freewill" the fight to survive is in it , the knowledge of exceptional is there, power of success, many other things that will make life suitable to the environment are there and those who understand these rules excel more than others, now this where God will involve for those who believe they can't achieve it on their own tend to summit their will to their creator then another journey start with God. This is the problem with supernatural claims, no substantial sample data to work with, they depend mostly on highly exaggerated narration. Your dad's case may just be a coincidence or people should be very careful what they eat in your village.
Don't be surprised that it happens to even those who meet all the traditional rites, yet endup with similar infirmity.
So for now all we are doing are making assumptions in favour of the myth.

Ok let me give u an experience dat happened very close to me. In my village in Enugu state, it is a tradition by d deity dat a man must not attend a burial if he himself has not buried his own father with a cow. Burying one's father by killing a cow is seen as a sign of respect in my village. If a man is to attend a burial for any reason having not buried his own father with a cow, then he must not eat or drink any thing served in d burial, if he does, he will be struck by d gods of d land. I have heard of incidents of some men been struck to death and others stricken with stroke for breaking dat custom. One of my uncle in d village even narrated to us how he was carried in a wheelbarrow running helter skelter for solution when it happened to him. He attended a burial having not buried his father with a cow and he was struck with stroke. I have always brushed all these stuffs as superstition until it happpened to my dad.

----My dad lost one of his relatives, and he was somehow manipulated by his other relatives to come to d village just for condolence visit. My dad did not bury his father with a cow cos of his christain believes. He eventually went to d village just for condolence visit and not to attend d burial. Though he attended d burial, but didn't eat or drink anything served there. After d burial, every body went home, nothing happened to my dad. Later in d night before going to bed in his relatives' house, he was served food and drink. He ate and drank not knowing the drink was frm d burial ceremony. And dat was dat. The next day, when he returned frm d village, he we stricken with stroke. So how do u explain dis @ hardmirror? My dad was a vibrant and healthy retired soldier who served in d nigerian army for 35 yrs and didnt even have HBP prior to dat incident. He only had d stroke after coming back frm d village. If spiritual stuffs does not exist, how does one explain dis??

@ hardmirror dat supernatural stuff has always baffled me. I've never personally experience any supernatural stuff, but i've heard incidents of supernatural stuffs frm pple close to me. They sound so real dat i begin to wonder wot they stand to gain if they were lying. For instance blood money. If making blood money is fake, if no one has ever made money through spiritual means, why d hell is such believe so rampant, so common dat it is actually one of d first things we were taught while growing up? What do pple stand to gain by lying to others about the existence of blood money??
