i live in Nigeria, but if i am to go abroad, i will never miss the wonderful opportunity of wearing african clothes and displaying my cultural heritage i dont know why people should even have the slightest hint of shame and as for other races like indians, asians and middle easterners, they should always try to rep up their home because they would look absolutely amazing in their native attires |

Researchers say the biggest problems are infidelity, money and lack of understanding. House what is your take on this |
@poster how can you make our ladies go through such a hard choice, in reality, an alcoholic is ten times better, imagine when you have kids and your husband still womanizers, what type of respect do you think he can gain from his children |
women complain a lot that men dont understand them and the fact is we dont, somethings that turn wives off are simply ridiculous to me, why dont the ladies in the house educate us men more on what you would really like us to be and do for you all |
fellow nairalanders, if your child is at the bottom of his class, what do you do, it can be very frustrating especially for younger children, one can start worrying if the child would grow up to be useless |
i have followed this thread for quite a while now and i have noticed one thing, i think we turn to fertility treatments so quickly i dont mean to be hard, but we should know that clomid and other fertility treatments have their own side effects, it is not as if they arent good but the truth is that once you go down that road of assisted reproduction, it might be no turning back. women that take clomid usually experience very bad mood swings and their cycles get very irregular, even the most fertile couple just has a 25% chance of conceiving every time they try, in one year, a fertile couple has a 75% chance of conceiving, so we can see that the figures arent very high, i advise that if your one year of TTC has been unsuccesful then turn to natural fertility treatments but i guess we all like something that has been prescribed to do the magic for us rather than a natural cure after one unsuccesful year of TTC, the likely cause might be from the womans reproductive tract, being unable to move the sperm into the uterus, STDs and poor health can cause these, but STDs can be treated, and poor health can be improved, a good fertility specialist should prescribe some natural vitamins that boost fertility, regular exercise and a balanced diet should boost chances of conceiving if you are a lady and you dont suffer from fibroid, endometriosis, a blocked fallopian tube, then you are in the "unexplained category of infertility", send a mail to pregnancysolution@gmail.com, you will be replied by the end of the day. |
@whiteroses, it might interest you to know that IVF has been very succesful in some parts of the world, i dont know how good it is in nigeria, but i know that in india it has been very succesful |
instead of a woman to try and conceive unsuccesfully for a long time, wont it be advisable for her to get a little knowledge first as that can change her results dramatically. these are some of the best kept secrets of TTC [trying to conceive] 1. ovulation signs are not 100% reliable, and even the ones that are, are usually interrupted by womens overanxiety to conceive, if a woman wants to time her ovulation, it will be best to use maybe two to three signs for confirmation. a sign of ovulation people are unaware of is ' increased cervix position' 2. having sex only during ovulation period has proven not to be good, when TTC, a lady should have sex frequently, this is because sperm quality diminishes in a man's body after some time 3. a woman should try to reach orgasm everytime during sex, when she does that, her vagina secretes alkalines that sustain the sperm for a long time. if you are getting worried about your TTC and you have never suffered any ailment in your life that required surgery but you still cant conceive then send a mail to pregnancysolution at gmail [link is absent to prevent moderation], you should be replied by today |
Many women in Nigeria find it hard to conceive after many years of marriage, such matters are not usually discussed and can be very distressing and embarrassing for any women. These are the three main reasons why women in Nigeria don’t conceive 1. many women don’t know when they ovulate; many people believe that ovulation is on the 14th day of a menstrual cycle. That is very false because ovulation can occur very much earlier and also very late in a womans cycle. There are up to ten signs of ovulation, many Nigerian women don’t know of them, but if women can know when they ovulate and time sex for that period then cases of barrenness would be reduced. 2. women become negative; it is understandable why a woman can become very jealous and enraged at every nursing mother because she herself cant have her own babies, well scientific research has shown that the positivity of a womans mind is one of the most important things that can affect her conception. 3. poor sperm health; most women get the blame in the family for not conceiving, this shouldn’t be so because it is a 50:50 contribution from both sexes. Everything a man does from now to the next 90 days, affects the sperm he produces for that period. Some advice I can give to women is this; tell your spouse to reduce smoking and drinking as they both are dangerous to sperm health, encourage him to eat vegetables and fruits more, and also he should avoid tight underwear and jeans because pressure on the testicles decreases sperm health and fertility. Some women suffer from ailments like cervical cancer, endometriosis, fibroid etc. but such conditions can be greatly helped by surgery. If you are a married lady who doesn’t suffer from the above mentioned ailments but TTC but has been unsuccessful, then send a mail with subject TTC to pregnancysolution at gmail [ I didn’t put the full link to avoid problems due to forum moderation] you should be replied by tomorrow, Other nlanders with helpful info on getting pregnant with fibroid should please share |
my advise for you is this; dont even think of experimenting with such things to see what people enjoy in them, because it always starts from small, bro, always from small |
