Violent clashes have erupted between Hamas and rival groups in several areas across Gaza, including an incident that culminated in an apparent public execution, as worries grow about the security situation following Israel’s withdrawal from parts of the territory.

What is the shortest relationship you ever had. Anytime I rmbr mine lasted just 4 days I always laugh and rmbr the nursery ryhme I wrote above.
I met this beautiful girl named Joy way back in Benin city on a Monday. Where I was working then was in an office that was surrounded by a bus park in New Benin market, Benin.
This beautiful girl came to make inquiries in our office and we got to know each other and exchanged numbers. The next day Tuesday I called and invited her for a lunch date and surprisingly she came.

After much eating and drinking and talks. She agreed to come see my house the next day Thursday which coincidentally was my off day.
On the D-day, I prepared the best food I know how to prepare. Jollof rice, plantain and fried meats to go with. Not forgetting some 5 alive drinks.
I cleaned up my one room apartment and spiced with new air freshener. After that I quickly dash off to get fuel for my generator, I am not gonna put up on Nepa lai lai.

So at the appointed time which was 12 noon she came looking elegant and I was very happy.
Before she came, I have already selected different types of blues music from Celine Dion to Lionel Richie to Westlife to any reigning blues you can think of then.
While the songs were slowly blaring in the background, we had our lunch, drank and gisted till past 2pm.
While all that was going, she found time to see my photo albums which I think brought the first or is it the only red flag. Majority of my pics was from my secondary and polytechnic school days, and to tell you guys the truth I was a lady’s man back in school bcus I was brilliant and handsome.

So it was inevitable she saw most of my pictures being with females than males. I noticed she wasn’t too happy about it, but I let her know that was back in school and youthful exuberance things. All these while we were both feeling shy on who to make the first move of getting close to the other. When I finally gather the courage to get close to her and touch her, she started forming and resisting. And honestly speaking, I am the type that doesn’t go beyond his boundaries so I let her be. I didn’t want to force it.
By 3:30pm she announced to me she wants to go, all this while why we were inside we didn’t know it wanted to rain cus my generator noise and the music didn’t let us know and the room was locked from door to window with a dim light.

So when she said she wants to go, I didn’t argue or try to make her wait a while. I told her to wait for me at our balcony while I change to something else. So while she out, I change and went to meet her at the balcony. That was when I noticed the sky has changed to dark blue. In fact everywhere was pitch dark and the breeze was blowing cold. She grumbled and said oohhh that I have wasted her time and allowed rain to catch up with her. That before she will get home it will start raining.
Before I could apologize she left me there and walked back to my room.

After she entered back into my room, I raised my hands to the sky and thanks it for favoring me at that moment hahaha. I slowly walked back into my room and found her cuddle herself in one corner of my bed. I too climbed the bed but gave her almost ten yards. Before we could say jack robinson heaven poured down its venom in the name of rain and even my window curtains couldn’t prevent the cold breeze coming inside. Honestly I was so happy for that. We didn’t say a word to each other for close to 10 min until she blurted out the word “won’t you come and cover me from this cold”
I pretended I didn’t understand what she meant so I went to get my extra blanket and cover her. After covering her and about to go back to my position, she held me back and said it’s me she wants to cover her.
Now I don’t need a soothsayer to tell me this is more than a green light but all the lights put together hahahaha.

So guys, you all ought to know what would have happened in such situations and settings.
Before leaving by 6:30pm that day, she took some of my cd cassette player that she wants to go listen to them at home. I gave her and I escorted her home promising to come check her at her place the next day Thursday evening.
Thru out work that Thursday I was so joyous cus I thought I have found myself a permanent and beautiful babe. I couldn’t wait to close from work to go see her that evening.
And immediately I closed from work, I called her that I am on my way to her place. She didn’t pick my calls but I still managed to go to her place cus she has given me the address and it wasn’t far from my office.
