There's nothing demonic or evil about masturbation. The fact that animals do it also shows that it goes beyond the demonic tag put on it by you religious people. It is a natural phenomenon. Feeling guilty over it stems from our beliefs and indoctrinations and not because it is evil.

and think about the harm that act is doing
to you both spiritual and physical, and the one it will do to you tomorrow if you dont stop
this will make your determination strong
and remember once you've strongly determined over it say no more masturbating in your Life
and be happy being free.

of course the feeling will surely come but remember the boundary you have putting over it because you cant continue doing it till the rest of your life is high time you stop if you dont stop now when will you stop it?, is your life so no spirit/object or anything should force you to do what you have made a final determination to stop

back then i usually cry all the time because of that sin ,i see myself different from other people because it was getting out of hand, i cant pray for anything, and it will come to pass because the sin hold all my prayers captive nothing good were coming then

how did i break the demonic power of masturbating in my life
i kneel down in sincere prayer to God that knows what am passing through with final determination to overcome masturbating no more masturbating in my life
i banned watching of pornography(because pornography drives masturbating) in my life no more pornography i cant let my flesh control me any longer
after that prayer i fill relief i wipe every explicit content on my phone
after some days the feeling was coming but i have determined in prayer already never to go back to that sin

I am a Yoruba boy based in Abuja. I graduated my secondary school 2012, wrote my first jamb in 2013 but i score 157 which was very low for any university to accept me as of then (because d cut off mark was 180)

I felt so disappointed in my self so i took another jamb in 2014 it was same 156 i was over disappointed in my self. I den decided to go for poly den (fed poly bauchi) but my mom refused that is too far from abj den. I don't have much knowledge about change of institution and nobody put me through so I went to college of education minna, spending 3yrs and have to wait for another year b4 result will b ready.

To cut d story shut, is diz year that am applying to university while my mates who go university and poly are serving now while some of them are even working. So am advising u guys not to go to collage of education it waste time.
