I got a message immediately welcoming me, I have even changed my profile to Nigeria. I have even submitted some proposals which I have got a decline on yesterday. Does all this mean the account is approved already?

How do 1 know if an account is approved, I registered on upwork got my fone verified but I don't know if the account is approved or not, please how do I know if the account is approved
