the thing is no matter what kind of job you are doing, you should begin planning your exit strategy from the first day on that job. You should not be working all your life in another person's empire. Get a job only to serve three purposes which are to learn, to earn in the interim so you can feed and pay your bills while you are working on your own personal business/vison and then to make some money to save so you can invest it later in your business. Forget the nonsense that only some selected people can do business or go solo. Anyway I quit my job last month because I knew I wasn't getting anywhere with it. It wasn't like she discarded the code. She screenshot it and left it in her gallery but unfortunately her phone later got wiped. She didn't envisage she could lose her files and data anytime soon she'd have probably kept d codes better.. Do you think there is a way out?
