Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Performance Budgeting and Execution for the Business Unit covering property Agency, Sales and Management Locally, Nationally and Internationally.
Source and fulfill briefs.
Manage a portfolio of properties & Estates according to the standards and expectations of the organisation.
Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of the organisation.
Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.
Manage 3rd party vendors and contractors on the properties
Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans and budgets.
Develop and maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects to all stakeholders. For example, reports such as Quarterly/Half Yearly inspection, Pre-Occupation/Vacation, etc
Ensure projects/tasks are planned and executed in-line with required standards.
Responsible for preparing service charge reports.
Responsible for supervising technicians and 3rd party contractors
Oversees and inspect jobs done by contractors.
Responsible for handling the complaints of the clients/tenants.
Manage the moving out process for tenants so that there is no destruction to property.
Managing site projects.
Ensuring the facility meets health and safety requirements and comply with legislation and regulations.
Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment.
Conduct toolbox talk with technicians.
Other duties as assigned by Management.

Essential Technical Skills Required
1. Experience working electrical fittings and general electrical repairs
2. Experience/exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics
3. Interest in working to monitor use of features including swimming pool, standard gym set, generator set, transformer set, electronic gate, electric fence, etc
4. Experience working with preventive and reactive maintenance.

Personal Characteristics:
- proactive, detailed, organized, flexible.
- Personal commitment, tenacity and energy applied to his management.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and maintenance activities in the estate
- Reduces the frequency of maintenance defaults and interventions in the estate
- Maintains a safe work environment, in accordance with regulations and standard home safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts when needed is a must.
• High level of integrity, honesty and confidentiality.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

I had about 6 F's in my 100 level (physics), another 6 in 200 level nobody taught me b4 i went to senate to get change of department. And after changing i never had F again but to be sincere i wasn't serious in my 100 level days

I'm currently experiencing the same thing,I made a deposit of 30,000 via the site,My bank account got debited,Passed 5 days now still nothing credited in my bet account.I have complained via email and now they have blocked my mails from delivering.Its just unbelievable.I have sent a mail to them via another email address and if they don't return my money,I would post the full email conversation so people can stop using the site and also be aware of the fraud bet9ja is doing.

Such errors occur occasionally, all you have to do is go to your banks customer care and complain about the money, it is your banks fault and not bet9ja. The money will be credited back to your bank account
