Hello Guys, Please I want to understand. Does it mean that any time someone applies for Canadian Visa he must get a fresh police clearance. Cos I applied last year but was denied and the clearnace was not returned to me. so assuming am applying to canada and Uk this year, does it mean I must do two separate police clearance

Hello House, After going through pages one to hundred, I feel I am qualified to be a travel agent (smiles).
Anyway, My Visa application was denied because I did not produce enough proof to show I am related to my sponsor who is my mums brother.
Now am a bit enlightened and I am aware my sponsor supposed to get an affidavit that he/she would pay my entire fees.

My question now is besides an affidavit from my uncle(sponsor), am I suppose to include him in my family composition form?
(2) I want my mom to stand in as a co sponsor so in her affidavit what is she supposed to state (is it that she is the co sponsor? when my uncle has already said he is going to provide everything)?

(3) Do I get a court document to prove my mom and uncle are brothers and sisters?

(4) Do I need to fill out a family composition for my moms family and list all her brothers and sisters?

@ all who have passed through something similar, Please kindly furnish me with more information as all this would go a long way in helping a brother.

I misplaced my original copy of my companys  NYSC offer letter. However I was lucky to meet the HR and they gave me a photocopy of the acknowledgement copy which I included in my application. I was surprised when I saw the second reason my application was denied was because one of my documents lacked credibility. so to be forewarned is to be forearmed.
