. U stayed and worked in the north for just one yr ..i stayed ,schooled and taught der for 7yrs oga , so who knows better ?? This happens in every part of the world , but the way some people sum it up is so embarrasing and this same people call themselves sensible and educated .... I have withnessed such many times here in lagos where parents even arrest teachers for beating thier kids, i even remember one was sacked for that reason , but cos it happened in the north that gives some low thinking heads to pour curses on the entire hausaland ....
