I'm so angry this afternoon. I just bought a new phone which means I'm qualified for double data according to their offer, I subscribed for 3k data which is 16gb from my offer as shown on the screen but what they gave me was 10gb, which means what appears is different from what is given, I called their customer care and she was just blabbing she couldn't say anything, if I had known I would have subscribed on my mtn line because I'll even get call bonuses. I told her to tell her management that what they are doing is fraud, showing offer that you don't give which is scamming..
Pls who else have experienced such fraudulent activities?
Pls if this can get to front page I'll be grateful, so that Nigerians can know the fraud being perpetrated in broad day..
