I'm from the state with the least local government areas and one of the local government is one of the biggest in the country..

Yesterday I wrote about my visit to a diagnostic centre and how I was turned back because of consent from the mother..
Today I got the number of the general manager who is also the owner of the centre from their site online, I explained how I was turned back because the lady scientist in charge asked for consent, he told me they never had such policy, he said consent is only required if it was sent by a court and apologised and asked me to come and do it, I simply told him they've just lost a client.
Well I won't go back, because I might be given a false result, I saw emotions on the lady's face despite not knowing the person involved, she also acted unprofessional with the discharge of her duties..
Note:
1.I trust my wife despite some circumstances I'm not too comfortable with which I might share later, I mean the full story
2. There are many stories of people taking care of children not theirs which they'll find out later in future, I want to avoid stories that touch, I can't trust 100% even if you're coming from heaven,
3. I love my son, so it will hurt me to find out he isn't mine when he is grown after all expenses and time spent, being scientifically sure I don't think is a bad idea.

That is not true, the owner or Associate of that Clinic or Lab are sympathetic to the women getting a blow back as a result of these frauds.

At the most, what you will need is the birth certificate of the child showing you are the father and your ID, some clinics don’t even stress you to that level.

Find another clinic or buy these off the counter DNA kits to do the test.

I tried to get counter DNA kit but no online store seems to sell it in Nigeria, pls can you suggest one?

I got married to her a virgin and we never intend having babies early because I intend putting her in school, to cut the long story short she became pregnant and I was very sure about the natural methods I used, there were also many circumstances that made me think the baby may not be mine, the baby is few months old and I took her to do a secret DNA test while the mother went to school for some registrations, the diagnostic centre said without the mothers consent it cannot be done..

My advice is for all fathers to do DNA test no matter the level of trust you share..
