I was at the Bank to pay my admission Deposit of 4000 pounds with at UBA with FORM A. They Told me they can not Process the payment with a Conditional offer. Meanwhile the only condition on the offer is the Financial Condition. So, I was wondering if this is correct/true of should i approach another Bank? |
