Jonathan is reserving the stolen money for Legal Fees when Nigerians drag him through the Mud to Court. TANiods are just wasting their time. The "Aka-Gum" will not give them a kobo that necessary. ![]() |
2cato:PDP and Character Assassination are joined in the hip. If you empty heads' agenda is to bully me out of Nairaland, then you just bitten more than you can shew - Am going nowhere and the Zoologist is heading back to the Zoo. All your misinformation will be thoroughly dealt with one-by-one. |
mrborntodoit:So a court will judge a President that enjoys immunity abi? The question remains, in the 3 years NNPC were not remitting the funds generated from the sales of crude oil, was the President not aware? Did the President not have a monopoly of spending the funds because it was not deposited in the Federation Account? (Remember, part of the money was still being used by the government. The only difference is that since the funds wasn't in the Federation Account, Jonathan can still spend the funds without convening FEC meetings. All note that this was also the time Jonathan was doing all he could to destroy Nigerian Governors Forum, in order to disseminate the power of the Governors in determining how the funds are used and making Jonathan accountable on how he use the funds). |
[s] 2cato:[/s] Keep wondering around the forest and beating about the bush. A grown up like you do not know the meaning of Idiom. |
Obiagelli:Meaning 11 million naira per metre - oh my gosh! ![]() |
lakpalakpa:God of Heaven That is like 1,000,000 per inch ![]() |
2cato:If I say to you that "the chicken has come home to roast", does that mean in any way I am calling you a "Chicken"? (Jonathan has destroyed Nigeria's educational sector) |
Iykopee:Funny how clueless TANiods claim to know me from their dwelling place in Hell ![]() Let me give you a bit on me. Am a Web Developer, an Astrophysicist and a big fan of Aeronautics. I run my ICT firm. When my Observatory centre is ready, I will be promoting it here on Nairaland. All I know in Aeronautics were self-taught, so am not planning much in that angle. As for Politics, I took serious interest in during the rigorous Primary Campaign between Hillary and Obama. And come 2015, I will vote GMB so that Nigeria can be free from the Claws of Corruption. It is taking a big toll on the live of every Nigerian. |

mrborntodoit:Keep exonerating Jonathan. Ask yourself in that 3 years the money was not remitted to the Federation Account, was Jonathan not spending it? And are you telling us that in 3 years Jonathan do not know his account with CBN was empty, and the money stored elsewhere? The type of defense you guys cook-up hurts Jonathan the more. |
Mogidi:It is not a hidden issue that I support Buhari. Am glad someone noticed. That notice, got Reno to shamefully close that Scam of a Poll. |
APContherun:If you are saying that you don't know that officially, the FG cannot account for $10.8 out of the total $49 billion Sanusi raised alarm on, then you are not qualify to dispute my statement. After abusing me, read the following. We’ll make NNPC account for missing $10.8bn oil revenue — Okonjo-Iweala http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/01/nnpc-must-account-missing-10-8bn-oil-revenue-okonjo-iweala/ |
Collynzo29:Chino, I have experience first-hand the corruption of Jonathan's Administration. Since the PDP lack substance and ideas, the only thing they can do now is insult and do all they can to tanish my image. Here is my promise to you: Jonathan will be voted out in 2015. Any lie you guys will bring here will be completely dealt with. Jonathan is better off packing his bags: - The opposition is stronger, bigger and determined. - Jonathan's innocence, sympathy votes and minority tag, has robbed off. - APC will be presenting a more formidable team than in 2011. - Nigerians are disappointed in Jonathan. - Jonathan don't have a good result to get him victory. - Many that campaigned against the opposition will be part of the efforts to kick out Jonathan. - Power is returning to the North. - SW will be next in line. - SE will jump into bed with who ever becomes the winner. - The SS will be developed to show them the difference in the failures of Jonathan. - MD will be carried along and benefit like every other region. Jonathan has the choice to head home with pride (by organizing a good election and leave), or dragged through the mud in his stubbornness. |
Dominiquez:Whenever the PDP cankerworms run out of ideas, they result to name-calling, cheap blackmails and character assassinations. |
APContherun:Believe me when I say this Even your fellow Jonathaians will be ashamed of you on this response. You just portray a complete lack of any cognitive adhesiveness to matters of National Interest. |
Nigerians say NO to Clueless Leadership. Elect GMB to send Corruption to immediate medical trip abroad. |
In 2011, Nigerians were pitying a Zoologist who wan being intimidated by Mrs. Turai Yar'Adua, unable to hold Federal Executive Council meetings because the woman will not allow him to seat on the Presidential seat. Everyone who got too lucky, and hard hoped he will write his name in Gold. But having spent 5 years in power and running one of the guarded corrupt administration, here are some of the things that made its way to public glare. Add yours. - Mishandling the abduction of the ChibokGirls. - Inconsistency in the handling Boko Haram crisis. And the apparent shielding of Boko Haram Sponsors for reasons best know to him. - When asked to declare his assets, he declared - "I Don't Give A Dam" - He was also wrong for claiming not to know where the Girls were held (his top general publicly said he know). - He protect known Boko Haram sponsors. Even traveled to Chad with one. - Senate provided additional funds to pay for Subsidy till April 2012, but Jonathan ambushed Nigerians who traveled to Xmas in 2011 with his anti-people policy. - Till date nobody is jail for looting N100b Police funds. Till date there is not record of over 20billion of that money. - Jonathan and his minister organized illegal immigration job scam, 19 applicants got killed, he did not employ even one of them and none of the applicants were refunded the money the government extorted from them. - How about the persecution of #BringBackOurGirls campaigners. After 6 months of continuous campaign, Jonathan have not even spoken to the group (is he not worse than the cabal that kept him in Mrs Turai's kitchen?) - In order to have monopoly of spending money from sales of Crude oil (a duty of the Federal Executive Council), for 3 years he did not remit $49billion. - When Sanusi wrote him, he kept quiet, when it became public knowledge, he denied it. But when more details were release and Sanusi refused to back down, they came with a long list of what NNPC did with it (Refineries maintenance, running cost, funding the budget, paying subsidy, funding FG projects). Who sent them? - Till date, Jonathan cannot account for $10.8 billion and if you add the funds illegally spent on Kerosene Subsidy, it will amount to $20 billion. - Jonathan abhors clean hands. See Ribadu, Soludo and Sanusi - individuals lured, deceived and clamped down on for trying the little they can. - Out of Jonathan's numerous Committees, none have been completely implemented. Some are even completely abandoned. - Jonathan is receptive to Corruption, even communities in the SS paid by oil companies never got the money. Few people ambushed and shared the money (Jonathan and his anti-corruption agencies are silent). Even people that have served jail time are pardoned. - Many Nigerians are suffering for not compromising their patriotism to the nation. Here is a word from the president to them "Stealing Is Not Corruption". How are they suppose to remain strong now that it is now officially against them. - Jonathan have not put any high profile thief in jail (even in the villages). Under Jonathan, don't steal - If you must, make it big (nothing will happen to you, you will even get a front row). - All the money reserved for difficult years ahead have been depleted by Jonathan and his crew instead of growing it. - A commander in chief who cannot visit some sections of Nigeria as if they are foreign lands. Jonathan's afflictions are mostly self inflicted and an offshoot of mismanagement. Corruption will be voted out in 2015. God bless Nigeria. |
Sunnybobo3:You can't even imagine the enormity of what you are insinuating. |
JEITO:Personally, if Jonathan do something good, I will commend him. I commend his efforts in the Aviation, Agriculture and Rail. I did also praise him when he had some sparks in the war against terror. I have also criticized him for the following: - Mishandling the abduction of the ChibokGirls. - I was against him for saying "I Don't Give A Dam" when asked to declare his assets. - He was also wrong for claiming not to know where the Girls were held (his top general publicly said he know). - He protect known Boko Haram sponsors. mrborntodoit:@Bold: Has Jonathan accounted for the NNPC missing $10.8b? - Just answer the question. Here I will give you a little background so you don't go beating about the bush:So please tell us Has Jonathan accounted for the NNPC missing $10.8b? |
mrborntodoit:The money Jonathan and his boys are looting now, is it people that lived 50yrs ago that are pushing him to loot it all. It is sad you supporting Massive Shameless Looting without blinking. Fear God ooo! |
Those that fanning the flame of hate against Buhari/Fashola are not Christians (Christianity is not about going to church). That some is a Christian means he has Jesus as their personal Lord and Savour. The hate these thugs spew have no place in the presence of God. Say no to fear and lies. Christians don't loot the treasury. ![]() |
Buhari/Fashola - Oba go! - to God be the glory! (Corruption is about to take an emergency medical trip abroad) |
https://www.clipartbest.com/cliparts/7ca/rxq/7carxqdcA.jpeg mrborntodoit:@Bold: Jonathan's primary responsibility (which he swear to) is Protecting Nigeria's Constitution without Fear or Favour. Look closely at the Symbol of Justice - there are important key features. These include: - Blinded: It does not consider the appreance, religion, region, class or status of who is before it. - A scale: It uses the criteria spelt out in the constitution to judge. No sentiments. - A sword: Punishment is given base on the enormity of your crime and as determined by competent court of law. So for making the bold comment, either you are ignorant of the truth or you are just a sycophant defending his paymaster. |
PhockPhockMan:Phokery my pal, glad to know you have nothing to fault in the Letter - you are just left with giving me the OBJ 2.0 treatment. It is for Jonathan's best interest to go home with his Head held high than to be dragged through the mud home. His choice. |
Wowww!!! Am glad. Thanks for sharing and the Reference. All hands must be on deck to save Nigeria from the Claws of Corruption. God bless Nigeria! |
jking001:1. Its a fact Buhari's comment in two occasions were twisted. It has been extensively discussed here. (If you need additional clarifications, let us know - it will be discussed again). 2. On Atiku case, (if peaceful change is impossible), do you know he was quoting President JFK's exact statement? Here is the exact quote: “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable." [Remarks on the first anniversary of the Alliance for Progress, 13 March 1962] If you need any clarification, ask. Please I encourage you not to support people holding Nigeria down with their corruption. Nigerians want and need Change. God bless you. |
brownlord:Lord Brown, am glad stated the bold. It is for Jonathan's best interest. Those telling him not to mind, will quickly jump ship once they see somewhere they can feast on. Igbo leaders will pay a courtesy call to anyone elected as president. Contractors will buy gifts for the New President and run full page advertorials in many newspapers to show support. So tell me why Jonathan will have to embark on a failed mission of seeking re-election? Why not go home with his head held high and help his community. As I usually people who are between options - I say to President Jonathan, You Have A Choice! You can be dragged through the mud OR go home majestically. But one thing is certain, he will vacate that seat. We can't afford 4 more years of Misrule. |
fitzmayowa:He does not deserve the attention he seeks. I read through his comment hoping to see his reason for supporting Jonathan. None. Just the usual insults to the opposition. |
Dear Goodluck Jonathan, Sir, as a patriotic citizen of Nigeria, I wish to take little moment of my Sunday afternoon and pen a little word of advice to you. I promise to keep it simple and skip all the frivolities. You have no short supply of Professional Praise-Singers, so I will only concentrate on the issues they have hidden from you. Not every Nigerian gets the opportunities such as the privileges that have come your way. Having attended the position to lead this great nation, many of us have expected a lot more than what you have recorded. As a diligent observer of your administration, I must pointed out that your failures are largely because you placed your priorities on things that were totally irrelevant. You pick many fights that were totally avoidable. You defended people you ought to lead the charge to deal with. You lacked control of your subordinates. You became speechless on matters you ought to be a voice for. You took decisions as if you were tele-guided. Mr. President, you never listened to vital advice. You surrounded yourself with people who lacked a full understanding of issues. You abandoned the masses that trouped out in their numbers to put pressure on the cabals who were against you. You came to power through the people, but you governed through the cabals. All of a sudden, you defended and supported the very same people who never wanted you. You pursued policies that appeared as if your throne was in heaven. The worst is that you wasted time before responding to issues (everyone simply thought you were brainstorming and consulting), but in most cases you come up with half baked solutions that won you no acceptance or praise. Your utterance over the years were definitely not impressive at all. Dr. Jonathan your failures and majorities of your travails were self-inflicted. Some you brought upon yourself, others owing to your mishandling of minor issues or unwarranted comments and actions. Your reception and stance on Corruption breaks the heart of every Nigerian (at home or abroad). It discourages even those that are persecuted for being patriotic and upholding their integrity. It also gave encouragement to every criminal in the Civil Service and position of power. As a Nation it is completely unacceptable. You spoke from your heart and months have past without reverting that comment - please don't make the mistake of boring us with any crocodile tears. Moving forward, I will state 4 years is enough to make a change and you have done what you can. But sadly it is not enough. It is my sincere advice that you can still pull-off a positive legacy for yourself in the few months left before you vacate the position you currently occupying. I have taken a moment to outline an action plan for you (at face value, it may not be what you may like, but it is the best hand you can play right now). 1. Inform everyone in PDP that you are not contesting in 2015. Let everyone that wish to contest head to the PDP primaries. 2. Conduct and deliver a Free, Fair and Credible General Election in 2015 (irrespective of which party comes to power). You will be getting yourself a portfolio that is more than what OBJ currently enjoys across Africa and the globe. 3. Hand over and retire back home in peace. You will get a grand home coming reception. You will live like a King among your people. Help develop your local communities. And enjoy your pension. But if you chose to stick with thugs, sycophants, professional praise singers and jump into the 2015 elections, it will be a difficult road ahead (to what benefits if I may ask). You currently have more than enough, if that is the fear. Should you win, that is good (but I doubt you will, your strength in 2011 have depreciated and the opposition is stronger and Nigerians are not receptive to your innocence - because you are not). But if your loose, your fall will be great. You would have exhausted your funds on sustaining professional praise-singers. The parasites sucking-up on you now will simply move to another source. The same people pushing you, will be the ones making fortunes telling the world an-insider story of How Jonathan Failed. And as you know already, you cannot survive if you try to confront the next administration or get involved in any illegal effort to stay afloat. Finally, I will conclude by thanking you for what you did in the sectors of Aviation, Agriculture, Economy, Rails, Roads, etc. But as you can see, a lot more still need to be done to impact positively on the daily lives of Nigerians (which you did not even touch in some cases). It is my hope you will consider your options carefully before deciding. But it is good you set your priorities right - You are going back home to Bayelsa. Thank you for your service to the nation. We all appreciate your efforts. Regards, EGIFT of Nairaland |
