Waiting for our "change agent" to come n end it within 2 months as promised by our new presido grin grin grin. GEJ my HERO! FAYOSE my role MODEL!!
First, it has been proved Buhari did not mention 2 months when he promised he will tackle insurgency. APC had even issued an office statement to that effect. But all ye TANiods have decided to continue your campaign of lies. Is this the type of shamelessness we are going to endure as PDP play their opposition of destruction?

Secondly, you should help Jonathan park his loads as we told you long ago.

Finally, Buhari is not even sworn in, you guys are already sweating profusely.

My only concern is that Agbaje winning or losing should be about Ndigbo. Let it be that majority of Lagosians voted FOR or AGAINST Agbaje.

Because doing so jeopardizes the my People and puts them in harms way. The voting should be about Lagosians and not Ndigbo.

Egift my friend, please talk about your state, Enugu, leave lagos politics for Lagosians.
Do you think Igbo/Lagosians are fools? After giving them their greatest humiliation by way of deportation, you expect them to jump at anything APC. Whether you like it or not, I expect you admit that APC shot themselves on the foot by taking Igbos for granted. For sure, Igbo votes alone cannot elect a governor in Lagos, but any candidate Igbos vote enmass wins the race.
That's your frustrations.
If Agbaje is not putting the hard earn reputation of my people in harms way, I will not bother. Read my lips, Ndigbo cannot not be a pawn in Agbaje's game.

His methods are crude and destructive. Ndigbo have been in Lagos for Generations - Agbaje has no right to drag our name to the mud to serve his personal ambition. Let him canvas for votes the right way by projecting his plans to all Lagosians and stop making it an Igbo Agenda.

Agbaje collaborating with TAN is as a result of the greater working relationship both have formed during the presidential campaign,we don't see how it shouldn't continue even now it is the gubers. If the Oba isn't happy,he should go and call Buhari to help sell Ambode to the hausas instead of instigating the destruction of Lagos...Because this here is no different to Asari and Buhari's "dogs and baboons"...Worse come to worse igbos and yorubas will die because no igbo reads Oba's bombshell and won't vote Agbaje, let the game begin.
You keep missing the point. If TAN is working for Agbaje, it should be about mobilizing votes from Lagos for him. It should not be limited to pitch Ndigbo against his opponents. Even APGA candidate stepped down for Ambode.

So where Agbaje is heading with his efforts to make Ndigbo an appendage of his Governorship Ambition is what I can't see. If what Agbaje is doing is not checked, tomorrow if he failed it will amount to Ndigbo failing - when in reality, Ndigbo have no stake in him than being a mere candidate for Governorship Election.

Coming from you is very forlorn. As a fellow Igboman, I expect you to lead the charge to protect the good name of Umu Igbo who are very law-abiding and living peace across Nigeria.

Tell Agbaje to stop creating enemies for Ndigbo.

@Bold
So am now an Outcast for not supporting that Agbaje's ambition should become an Igbo agenda.

Here is the point I will like you to note: Any of the candidates failing should be in NO way be the failure of Ndigbo. With Agbaje's efforts strategy towards Ndigbo in this race, if nothing is done, his winning or losing becomes the Status of Ndigbo from the election.

Both Ambode and Agbaje should canvas for votes from all Lagosians (Yoruba, Hausa, Fulani, Igbo, Efik, Ibibio, Nupe, etc). Agbaje must desist from making one ethnic group vs others. That is my point.

Agbaje is Yoruba likewise Ambode.

Yorubas, Igbos, Hausas, and other tribes have equal rights to vote for either of the candidates.

I don't really understand the point of this thread if not to promote tribalism.
The reason for this thread is that instead of Agbaje to canvas for votes from every Lagosian, he is busy pitch non-indegens against their host. Do you know he even asked my people not to go home for Easter so they can vote for him. Also he campaign with the name of the people of Niger Delta, even to the point of siding with Militants to sabotage the economy if Jonathan loses.

hedonistic:
You're very ignorant. How is Agbaje's candidacy an "Igbo agenda"? The Igbo people in Lagos as a voting bloc express clear preference for Agbaje BECAUSE of their unpleasant experience in the hands of the outgoing APC government in Lagos, how is that Jimi Agbaje's fault? Is Agbaje an Igbo man?

Since Agbaje has declared that his government will treat all persons living in Lagos equally and will not witch-hunt or maltreatment certain groups, is that not enough to endear him to the cosmopolitan people of Lagos which comprises virtually every ethnic group in Nigeria? What then is the point of this foolish thread?

Some of you people are too daft for words to describe.
If people are unhappy with APC, it should be the Nigerians in Lagos against APC. Agaje and his sponsors should not be running their mouth that it is Ndigbo against APC.

Also Agbaje's campaign to Ndigbo and other non-indigenous residents should be what he is going to do for Lagosians and not pitching them against their host.

The divisive approach will not work. And after this weekend when Agbaje is rejected, he will leave behind sore feelings. If he has any plan he should be campaigning on it and leave clannish agenda. Afterall he claim to be more Lagos than everyone else.
PoliticsJimi Agbaje Should Desist From Making His Mandate An Igbo Agenda by egift(op): 10:55am On Apr 06, 2015
Dear Jimi Agbaje,
I wish to use this channel to make this specifically clear. As an Igboman who had spent a good number of years in Lagos, I am very uncomfortable with all your gimmick in this electoral season.

It is important you take full cognizance that the contest between you and Dr. Ambode of the APC is for the post of the Executive Governor of Lagos State and not for any other State located elsewhere. Therefore I frown at your divisive campaign strategy of pitching law-abiding non-indigenous residents in the State against the rest of the good people of Lagos.

If anything, the outcome of the just concluded Presidential Election that saw the kicking out of a seating President who hinged his campaign on such divisive antics, should serve as a lesson for you. But most especially, I frown at your latest plot of making your support-base primarily an Igbo Agenda. It will interest you to know that I have no problem with any individual voting for you, but you colluding with Ifeanyi Uba, OPC and TAN to exploit and undermine the peaceful co-existence between Ndigbo and their Host Community for your personal agenda is totally unacceptable. This good relationship you see today, took generations to build - therefore we cannot keep silence and watch you tear it down.

Keep your campaign open to all and desist from sowing the seed of division. And we have not forgotten how you promised to collude with Militants in Niger Delta to sabotage the economy if Jonathan lose: https://www.nairaland.com/2081104/ss-youth-shut-down-economy - At least now if there is any crisis in the creek, we know who to bring in for details about the plan to sabotage the economy of Nigeria.

I wish you well and also look forward to hear you called Ambode once the votes are counted this weekend just like President Jonathan did.

Regards,
EGIFT

My dear if your quest if for argument, I can't help you. Ambode is the next Governor of Lagos. Personally, I will not have Bode George or PDP anywhere near Alausa. We just kicked them out of Abuja for gross incompetence, and you want to hand Lagos over to them. Why?

I also believe everyone should vote for whoever they want. But I dislike the chest beating of my fellow Ndigbo for canvasing a block vote for Agbaje. It makes it confrontational. While I do not support the tone of the Oba, but you should not forget it is a reaction to all the months of rants. And the new idea of Agbaje and Ifeanyi Uba to make the PDP campaign Ndigbo Affairs is totally unacceptable.

The impeachable allegations against Fayose is purely a constitutional matter. We will come that of his Obituary. That one, a public apology published in those same newspaper will be demanded.
