upson013: My broda, that is the effect of a failed system. the text and the email are expected to be delivered to the candidate the same time. Unfortunately, in this case, a time lag of abt one week is experienced. You do not have to upload again as long as the ones you uploaded last week are there. Last week, when i opened my page following the directive i got from the email, i did not see any uploaded document. But today after seeing the text, i checked the page once more and found that all recently uploaded documents are there. So no need for further upload. Its a time lag btw d email and the text. Good luck to all of us as i learnt the aptitute test is probably going to be on 21st. So lets prepare.

Aptitute test can't be on the 21st of this december, NNPC normally gives 3weeks interval between dispatch of test invite and the actually conduct of the test. Besides, this is december where people travel home as early as 15th and the portal is still open for those with partial apllication till 11th. Early next year will be the likely time for the test.

Finally did the test. Pls if I sent you materials, study them well some questions were repeated in the numerical test. Pls don't panic,it is simpler than the practice test but don't don't relent in your practice.

Just got a reminder from PwC to complete my online assessments before sunday, 8 December, 2013.

@ednut1, you will get answers to the practice questions you posted above from 2009 GMAT(hard copy) if you can lay your hands on one. I would have written out the answers with explanations for you but no time! They are pretty simple than the main questions. The main rule is don't assume any idea other than that contained in the passage even if it contradicts what you believe. Reading the questions first to find the answers directly without reading the passage is not applicable to most questions as they are constructed in such a way that the whole parts are intertwined, remember most of the passages are culled from the larger and broader ones.
SPEED and ACCURACY are what the test is all about! Success to us all!

How true is the rumour that NNPC has started sending mails to people whose documents have probably deleted from their data base to resend the scanned documents? Anybody got such mail here?

BlessedFellow: @k4kenny: we'll keep relaxing like we have for some time. I know some people get the job without knowing anyone or paying a dime. However, my worry is the delay caused by interference from elitist politicians. Time becomes an issue when an activity that is supposed to last one month begins to linger for over a year.

@Blessedfellow, you know the cause of the delay na - the 2nd batch! Our dear 2nd batch will be out soon then we can expect the new recruitment to take off finally. So much fight in the main arena these days cos of frustration. The annointed ones were asked to drop something with them and told them to go that they will hear from them. I think its a matter of time. How is your work na?
